It was an expensive night before we left for the USA. We have always liked the Best Western brand of hotels in Europe but this did not live up to our expectations. The shuttle service to the airport was great, on time and efficient.

The biggest issue I must emphasise to all staying here is the unbelievably thin walls of the rooms.... You can hear the phone calls next door like they were in your own room and this was made worse by the main room door rattling every time someone walked past the corridor! This in itself should make sensitive sleepers wary. If... More

If I come to Madrid, I will stay here again. Why? 1. close to airport, helps with early morning flights 2. great support - free shuttles to and from the Airport. You can arrange pick-up very easily by calling the reception desk upon arrival at barajas 3. 2 mins walk to a metro station- easy if you are attending conferences... More

The best is the shuttle service. I called the hotel and 10 min later the shuttle picked me up. The room is very small, but enough for sleeping. Wifi free, but the breakfast you can forget. Go outside and you have a better and cheaper breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel two times during our visit to Spain. Both times we had great service and we were very satisfied. The Breakfast was rich and good buffet with cold and warm food. The best way to get to the hotel is call free pick up service. Just call to hotel and tell which terminal you are waiting.... More

Chosen for proximity to MAD for an early flight. After reading other comments, I tried to prepare for non-English speaking staff but no worries. Both the shuttle driver and reception spoke excellent conversation English. Our room was very tiny but the bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. We checked in late afternoon on a Sunday & found ample... More

Because of the late arrival in Madrid and driving away from the city the next morning we wanted a close and efficient stay near to the airport. The hotel was just a few minutes drive away from the terminal in a small local area called Barajas. We had 2 separate stays at this hotel, one on the arrival and the... More

Stayed the last night in Madrid. Small rooms but a few on the front have narrow balconies. The balconies are wide enough for single chairs facing each other. Nice view of the street and for people watching. Free shuttle picked us up after dropping our rental car then delivered us back to airport the next morning. Our little hot water... More

I immediately wrote back and no anwser, I sent emails, no reply. I called the hotel. not able to help. Got the bus from... More

This hotel was chosen because Best Western usually offers good values in Europe, this one was a disappointment. Tiny rooms, mattresses that kept sliding off the box springs, a TV that iI never figured out how to operate and I am an engineer. In-room safe charges a euro each time you lock it, the garage was empty and they charge... More
