This is an expensive but excellent hotel. The front lobby is large and welcoming. The rooms are nicely designed, large and very comfortable, bordering on luxurious. The service, especially the room service, is second to none. We ordered lasagne at four in the morning without any problems- twice. Judging from other reviews, this obviously saved us expense at the restaurant!... More

The rooms are very comfortable. i loved the pillows and bedsheets:) service was very good. though it is far from the city, but for us it was great as it is very close to the business venue. Downtown is just 10 -- 15 minutes away. More

I had a high number of business trips in the city in 2011 and I used to stay in that hotel. It is a very nice hotel: the service is almost perfect, the room is usually very great and i love the bathroom and the shower... thank you for the complementary water in the room.. (con: all the TV channels... More

It is located 100m from metro station. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the center. Hotel is great, with very frendly staff. Rooms are wel equiped, on luxary side.... More

We had a wonderful two nights at the Pullman - - a hotel I have come to prefer over the years and I would certainly stay here again. The rooms are bright and new - - the ammenities are perfect. The location, near the airport makes it my preference for the night before departure from Madrid and the Metro stop... More

The Pullman isn't a 5* hotel but it doesn't charge like one either, unless you have a Maker's Mark ($15). The rooms are clean and relatively new looking. You're close to the airport and the Feria but not much else. No food or shopping around so only stay here if you're on business. If you're on vacation then look elsewhere... More
