Choose the Level Upgrade option and was delighted with the value for money, level of service that were provided. Late check out to 4pm was great and fitted well with our evening flight. No negatives to mention , staff were great.

We stayed three nights at the hotel in February and we were delighted with all aspects of the service and the hotel. We couldn't have asked for any more of the staff or the service provided - it's was outstanding. We had "The Level" included and this was an added bonus and enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine in... More

Stayed two nights on 'The Level and very satisfied with the whole experience. Very friendly and efficient checking-in; the room was perhaps slightly smaller than I would have wished but had excellent amenities and a good-sized bathroom; the Level Lounge was on the whole very good, with a nice variety of drinks, coffees and snacks; breakfast was possibly the best... Very nice hotel. I attended a conference there and was surprised that the hotel appears to be tucked away down a side street but once inside I found the hotel to be immaculate and well presented. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a superior room which also meant I was given access to "The Level". This is a free... More

This is a beautiful hotel, well situated with a metro stop literally on the doorstep. Close proximity to close attractions. Reception was so efficient and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff are so obliging and a good variety for breakfast. As we do not consume pork, the kitchen staff made arrangements to prepare our cooked food separately which... More

Hotel was well situated for the business district and within easy reach of the centre of Madrid for the attractions, bars and restaurant. For the shopperholics again well located for all the major shops. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic with the best range of choices... More

Staying in Arguelles

Neighborhood Profile
Arguelles
Just south of the sprawling campus of the Complutense University of Madrid, Arguelles exudes a fast-paced, collegiate vibe. The main street, Calle Princesa, is filled with twenty-somethings rushing between classes and errands, meeting up with classmates, and grabbing cheap beers and cheap eats. This is a prime shopping spot where the major Spanish clothing and department store chains are less busy than their downtown counterparts, and there is an array of casual dining options to choose from. Check out nearby outdoor spaces such as the lushly planted Plaza de España to the south, which is often filled with craft stalls. To the west of Arguelles is the giant Parque Oueste, a calm and picturesque park with its own Egyptian temple.
