The location of the hotel is as good as you can find with a mere 10 minute walk from Plaza Major. The room was clean and quiet (brick wall view), and the breakfast was nice (do be on time - the food does run out before breakfast time does). The pool was nice, but do check the invoice if you... Room was first class, big, spacious and beautiful. two double windows overlooking Gran Via.Bathroom again big and well fitted out. Very clean, maid service every day. Location was first class, roof garden was absolutely gorgeous for lazing on the loungers and having a bite to eat. The only downside was a high Euro charge for the Bali Beds. Bar facilities... More

Situated in one of the main avenues in the centre of Madrid this hotel is the perfect starting point for exploring the city by foot (any time, day and night!). Although the road is noisy we heard absolutely nothing as soon as we closed the double windows. The room was big, clean and beautiful, equipped with all necessary things, the... More

Hotel is located on a very busy road but we had a room at the rear of the hotel and had no traffic noise. The hotel us welcoming with an old fashioned loo by bar area. Breakfast was very good although if you want your eggs fried or poached be prepared to pay an extra three euros. The room was... More

This was our second visit to this property. First visit was great - this time the lifts seemed to be causing problems and walking 8 flights of stairs on a regular basis whilst good exercise not great. The room was ok but the sound proofing was awful! We would not stay here again Pool great - staff great but quality... More

I stayed there recently, have been staying there over the last 10 years. Its quite a good hotel but has some problems with service. I like some aspects of the hotel hence my score is not especially low. However... I e mailed the hotel with my concerns but it has not bothered to respond. My main issue is with the... More

The location is fine. It s ano lê building that needs renovation to keep the actual standarts of a good hotel. Incredible The minimum price for the wifi in the room is 60€ ( 2h) !!!!!! Seems that we are back to the 90 like the building. Another word for the service is average but don t comunitário on the... More

The hotel is located near to the metro, in a strategic position to enjoy the center of Madrid and a walking distance from Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. Really comfortable and clean, room good and large. Staff always helpful and discrete. Very suggested.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel in August 2014 alone. I like going to the gym - so spent ages searching Madrid for a good standard hotel with a gym and an outdoor pool - which given that it gets to like 35 degrees + in summer I thought would be easy...think again. Very few hotels met that criteria. Have... More
