Standard hotel room, clean and comfortable. Service and personnel are what you would expect from a larger hotel. Breakfast buffet is decent and plentiful. It is very close to the hip Chueca and Malasaña areas of town. Metro is just steps from the door. We had a room in the top floor and had a bit of a view.

We stayed in madrid for 2 nights. The room were definitely not good, very small, old and no air conditioning in winters apparently. Just came back from Madrid, we had 2 room at the hotel, small room but very clean. Shower was remodeled and great water pressure.
