It's not as dreadful as some of the reviews here suggest. Yes, it is not a central hotel, but the metro and bus are pretty convenient. The Hotel Praga is roughly 25-30 minutes from the airport and a taxi costs around €25-30. Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in the the centre, but the centre is very easy to get to via the underground.. 3day underground pass cost for €11, and you can travel the whole of madrid. more
