I stayed three nights at Madrid Praga Hotel. Quite good! A little bit far from the historic centre of the city, but by bus or taxi you can travel in a few minutes. It seems to be a very successfull hotel, because there were always many tourists at the central lobby checking in or out or sitting at the livings... More

I went to this hotel in April 2014 for a week with my bf on a city break. Pro's: Lovely and modern Good sized rooms Nice location Picturesque Easy to access from airport (Check metro route, its simple) Bedding changed daily Toothpaste, shampoo, razor etc all in room on arrival Cons: Maids weren't the friendliest, but in their defence it... I have been in Madrid for Mutua Madrid Open Tennis and Hotel Praga was a very nice place to stay during the championship. They have thinning you can imagine in a hotel, even toothbrush and razer. The breakfast was nice and the staff was also very friendly.

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our tour. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city centre and a 15 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, but there is a bus that stops right outside the hotel. Our room was a good size, but the walls were very thin and we could hear lots... More

Room was small but very comfortable and very clean. Hotel was safe and quiet. Wifi was not very good, slow and spotty. I gave up on it. Hotel was a great value for the price but it is a long way from anything. It was 3 trains, 40 minute ride to go from the Airport. and a 20 minute walk... More

The hotel itself was adequate, unimpressively clean, and about 5 minutes by bus from Plaza Mayor. My family visited the hotel during a Cosmos tour. As the first hotel to start the tour from, you'll wonder if the next hotels you'll visit would be worse. A notch lower than the standard of this hotel would be bad. A lot of... More

We stayed on the 4th floor and the street noise was a real bother at night. When the adjacent rooms used the plumming, it seemed like it was raining - pouring, actually. The worst situation was one night when the people next door where talking loudly at 3 am. I called the front desk to handle the situation but they... More

Very clean. However, you can constantly hear the street noise. Several times there were sirens from emergency vehicles that can be very annoying specially when you're trying to get some rest after a long flight. You can also hear noises from adjacent rooms. The bed is firm, which I like, but the pillows are like bricks. I mean, hard like... More

Sorry that your stay was not satisfactory, we should have offered an inside room to ensure there was no street noise. I appreciate your comments about the pillow, I will study the implementation of a "pillow menu" to ensure proper rest for future customers. Regards, More
