One of the best experiences in recent travel to spain. Clean and at thesame time cheap. Kudos to the management. The staff are too good in professionalism. Bathroom was brand new and spotless. Free wifi was an asset.

Our first visit to Madrid began as a lovely birthday surprise from my partner who booked, a romantic two nights/three days in a 4 star hotel with the promise of exploring Old Madrid, enjoying 'tapas y vino tinto' and an evening of Flamenco. Having relished the Metro journey from the airport to the hotel and also to the bus ride... More

Great experience. Clean, cheap, well managed and convenient. The staff was quite helpful and professional. It is a bit old, almost getting a classy vibe. Bathroom was brand new and spotless. Free wifi in the rooms. Confortable, with good connections to the city center via public transportation and surrounded by convenient stores, fast food restaurants and good old neigboorhood restaurants... More

The two best things about this hotel are 1. Secure parking; 2. A bus stop outside the door for buses into the city. This hotel is bigger than hotels we usually stay in; we prefer smaller ones. We did notice that we could hear the lift from our room and the police/ambulance sirens wailing through the night were unsettling. However... More

This hotel is a classic 70/80's style. It is well maintained and clean. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The hotel is outside the centre of Madrid, but there are plenty of places for eating and drinking locally. The rooms are a reasonable size with nice well equipped bathrooms. Good selection of complimentary bathroom essentials. Breakfast had a good selection... More

Reception and hotel staff get a 10/10 for customer service. Breakfast was a very selective spread. time was from 7.30-10.00hrs. value for money. Room gets a 10/10 for comfort, quietness, cleanliness and space. Bathroom gets a wow, esp the shower. Location perfect. 23 bus cost 1.50 euros to Plaza Major. esp during the busy post New Year break.

I will start with the good things. The lobby looked nice. The #23 bus is right outside the hotel, so it was very easy to get to the heart of town and the crowds. (I am glad I didn't stay downtown - so busy). The bathroom was nice. They provided 2 free waters in the fridge. I arrived on Christmas... More

More of a three star hotel. Good position, good breakfast, clean rooms. Lots of restaurants nearby. A supermarket across the street. Do not stay on the top floor. It is noisy because of the elevator. Overall, an ok stay. I would stay again.

Great location, although it's not near the city centre. Bus stop is just outside the hotel and brings you all the way to the city centre (5-minute walk to Plaza Mayor is the last bus stop so you won't get lost). It's not a fancy hotel but good enough to have a good sleep and be ready for the next... More

Stayed as part of a tour. Many rooms faced a small courtyard, rooms were very dark. Rooms were comfortable, wi-fi was free and good. Elevators were usually very crowded and slow. Breakfast was good with decent variety. Bus stop directly outside hotel with many restaurants and shops along street.
