Great location, although it's not near the city centre. Bus stop is just outside the hotel and brings you all the way to the city centre (5-minute walk to Plaza Mayor is the last bus stop so you won't get lost). It's not a fancy hotel but good enough to have a good sleep and be ready for the next... More

Stayed as part of a tour. Many rooms faced a small courtyard, rooms were very dark. Rooms were comfortable, wi-fi was free and good. Elevators were usually very crowded and slow. Breakfast was good with decent variety. Bus stop directly outside hotel with many restaurants and shops along street.

Stayed overnight 13/11/2014. Large family room 4 singles. Spotless, plenty of room, lovely large bathroom with toiletries. Large selection of everything for breakfast, only complaint, maybe a microwave could be put in the breakfast salon, as food was only lookwarm, overall a good valued hotel, which we would use again.

Checked in by 'Jorge' on Saturday 15th November. He did not say please, thank you or welcome at all during the check in process. In fact all I received were a couple of grunts and a key card slid across the counter. A prime candidate for a customer service course if ever there was one. Stayed on the fifth floor... More

We stayed here as part of a tour package. Although the hotel is very used to handling big groups and are very efficient, the hotel needs alot of work. Fixtures and wallpaper were falling apart. The elevator is small and sometimes goes up a few inches or goes down a few inches from your floor so mind your step. The... More

This hotel caters to a lot of tour groups. So it can be very busy at check in, or check out. Also the buffet breakfast has a lot of people all trying to eat at once. My suggestions is if you can go after the early morning rush. It is open until 10:30 am. The rooms are nothing special. However... More

It was busy with many tour groups. I could not sleep because of people talking at the hallway and rain fall outside. For the kind of hotel, the elevator is too small to fit more than two suite cases, thus, it took long time just for waiting. At the breakfast buffet, there were so many people lined up. I was... A nice hotel with a friendly staff and always ready to help. Around 10 minutes by walk to the Marquez de Vadillo Metro. Opposite the hotel there's the LIDL and there are some good shops in Calle de Antonio Lopez street like coffee shops etc.

Near the airport and on inner ring road catch bus 23 which is right outside 1.50 euro to the street of plaza mayor in centre of Madrid and you can then walk all over the city from palace to art museum through the city shopping centre n catch the bus back to motel, very busy hotel, lots of tour bus... This is a first-hand opinion. This hotel is nice. The front desk is helpful. The restaurant is excellent, the food wonderful.. Unfortunately, our room was on the eighth floor of the elevator had to wait a lot. Parking is not nearby. It is close to Vicente Calderon, and subway station. Suitable place to visit in Madrid a few days.
