A great stay at Osuna was spoilt somewhat by the unwillingness of the staff at reception to assist me with finding my lost luggage. The helpful taxidriver of the hotel came to our rescue the next day to deliver the luggage to us personally at the airport. Otherwise, this place is perfect. more

We booked the hotel beacuse it has a swimming pool, a garden and a playground: Great for little kids. What we didn't realize is that it is not fit for little kids: There is no babycot and no babypool. The Hotel area was very nice and the Bungalows are very well furnished although the air conditioning was not up to much, one night we returned and it was actually warmer in the room than it was outside .
