This hotel is ideally situated if you are attending a fair at Madrid's IFEMA and are on a budget. It is located in a residential area so nothing going on within walking distance except a huge Corte Ingles close by (10mns) They have a courtesy bus to and from the airport as well as to and from the exhibition centre... Arrived to be given a chalet type room which when I opened the door had a damp smell. Skirting board was smashed, wallpaper bubbled and hanging off, bed didnt look inviting at all. Went back to reception and asked to be moved. They gave me a room in the block that looks like an office block. Room was marginally better... More

1) Rude & unhelpful front desk. Sent us to our room via a longer route. Didn't seem to give a damn. 2) A/C not working but didn't tell us until we inquired. Told us to "open the window". I would have preferred an apology and a financial offer. 3) Peeling paint in bathroom and moldy grout. 4) Fixed dinner menu... More

Booked from October 4-9 for a conference. The lobby and bar/restaurant are not bad, and the staff are very helpful; I asked for a room change as well as directions to city attractions, and also I left a bag at the bar one night and it was returned to me the next day. Unfortunately the rooms are just so bad... More

Apparently 27-29th September is 'winter' so aircon was turned off in the hotel, despite my room being 26*C at night, so no sleep. Had i actually been asleep i'd have been woken throughout the night by banging doors and people walking down corridors. I could also hear EVERYTHING going on in my neighbour's bathroom. I wasn't confident that the room... More

I cannot believe this hotel is a "4-star". The walkway leading to my room had broken and loose tiles and the awning was rusted with peeling paint. My room smelled terrible when I entered - I had to open all the windows and run the ventilation fan on high speed for half an hour before it was tolerable. The wallpaper... More

I was booked in here for a recent conference and it wasn't the best experience. My room was dingy and damp, smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The desk was too small to work on and there was no usable internet. When I was trying to get to a meeting, the reception staff flatly refused to call me a taxi and... More

Customer service was probably not invented here - just arrived to check-in, at 1pm, and was advised at the desk (in aa rather unfriendly way) to leave the desk and wait one hour somewhere in the (crowded) lobby since "the Rooms are not ready". So, people, don't expect any room here prior to 2pm.

Good transport to the city. Take the bus nr. 200 to avenida america or metro canellejas . 20 minutes . Swimming pool is a bonus. Cheap price and for that price very good. 220 euro for 10 days is a bargain!!!!
