We stayed at Osuna Hotel in June 2009. The hotel is located in a residential area and we liked that there is a hypermarket within 10 minutes of walking. However, to visit the historic areas you definitely need to drive. The hotel has a pool, which was great after days of walking through museums and parks. Parking is free for... more

After some very scathing reviews, I was concerned to stay here, but we needed a good airport hotel in between flights, and Hotel Osuna did not disappoint. We stayed in a room in the large building in the back, and while the furniture was a bit institutional, the room was very large and comfortable and it had a great shower.... more

A great stay at Osuna was spoilt somewhat by the unwillingness of the staff at reception to assist me with finding my lost luggage. The helpful taxidriver of the hotel came to our rescue the next day to deliver the luggage to us personally at the airport. Otherwise, this place is perfect. more

Came here because it was "near the office" and easy for the airport, both key factors. I've now stayed here for a total of about 11 weeks, so seen enough good and bad... the other reviews describe the place - mixture of small chalets and a kind of three storey block at the far end of the grounds, pool (too... more

We booked the hotel beacuse it has a swimming pool, a garden and a playground: Great for little kids. What we didn't realize is that it is not fit for little kids: There is no babycot and no babypool. And the opening times are not childfriendly: The pool does not open until 11 am and the restaurant does not open... more

The Hotel area was very nice and the Bungalows are very well furnished although the air conditioning was not up to much, one night we returned and it was actually warmer in the room than it was outside . The pool was great and the attendent was very friendly , they give you clean towels to use around the pool... more

After reading some of the negative comments on here you would expect to get a substandard room at Osuna we visited hotel on a short braik and paid a very reasonably €118 for a 2 x double bads standard room. Yes its true that the public areas are absolutely WOW and also the poolside lido and bar. Bottom line for... more

We went to Osuna, with our three year old girl, and we had a wonderful time there. The staff was very helpful and english speaking, and we had a bungalow apartement near the pool as I requested. The pool was very lovely and surrounded by a palmtree garden with exotic flowers. The hotel had become a four star hotel, but... more

I booked four rooms at this hotel as I live locally and my son was having his first communion party there. My guests were very happy with the rooms and I found the staff very pleasant. The hotel has recently been upgraded to 4 star and I think they have got rid of some off the old crusty staff (two... more

Never in my life have I encountered front desk staff as rude as at the Hotel Osuna. The night clerk literally threw the key down on the counter and refused to tell us where the room was! He actually just had us follow some other guest whose room was nearby (the hotel is set up resort-style with little bunglows, so... more
