A very nice and clean hotel and very centrally located between Puerta del Sol (just a couple of minutes’ walk away) and Gran Via. There are 3 subway lines nearby. Many of the other landmarks are within 10-20 minutes walk. The hotel is in a small street so it was fairly quiet most of the time except Friday evening, when... More

The location of this hotel is very good to explore the city as everything is very close by and can be reached on foot. The glass dome at night was amazing as we enjoyed a relaxed glass of wine. My teen niece and I enjoyed staying here, we felt very safe and comfortable in the city having a comfortable room... More

We needed a' base' to visit family & friends - and couldn't have chosen better value for money. - especially as the location was perfect. The standard of breakfast was excellent & the room was well appointed and quiet because it was situated at the back of the building , .I did feel that the air conditioning could have been... More

Based upon previous reviews we opted for a room at the rear of the hotel. Room 417 was excellent - two large single beds - first class bathroom with plenty of hot water. NO NOISE - Breakfast was first class - as good as you would find in any 5 star hotel. Excellent situation for city center sight seeing !... More

The location of the hotel is very centralized. Not too far from Puerta del Sol and Gran Via but not too near that you will hear all the noises. The staff are so warm and give you all good recommendations of places to go and where to eat. The room given to us was very cozy. More

This is a very decent 4 star hotel. Our room was very clean and we slept like logs so I'm not sure where the comments about concrete beds and noise mentioned in other reviews come from. The location is also just about perfect with all of Madrid's major attractions being within walking distance or 2/3 stops away on the excellent... More

My husband and I and another couple stayed for 4 nights from April26th in this hotel and were delighted with it. As I had booked hotel for all of us, I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews. We had rooms on fourth floor with huge terrace.Bedroom and bathrooms were spotless and cleaned everyday.Breakfast was lovely with good... Best parts. Great location. Very clean. Needs Improvement. The weather was quite warm and our room had a window that would not open. We were told that they would be turning on the air conditioning at some future date . . . perhaps May or June. It was very uncomfortable sleeping in a hot room. More

I would not recommend staying in this hotel. It is vey loud and the noise will certainly keep u up. Called because the a/c was blowing hot air.. was told they don't turn on their a/c units until May every year. The beds like my grandmothers from 1920's seriously so out of date and yes they charge 12€ for the... More

We travelled to Madrid to see the sites - these were fantastic - pity about the hotel. I could not sleep - the noise from the people after the nightclub had closed was horrendous - went on til 6 am!! The bedroom was very small and decoration was old fashioned - not four star standard. The bed was rock hard... More
