Perfect location for visiting the museums and then going out at night. Lively neighborhood is just a street or two over, so you can get drinks and tapas at several spots, but the hotel is quiet. Clean,efficient, no frills hotel, with veeeery slow wifi. But all in all a good value and a pleasurable stay. More

Positive: Very good location,close to center of city, close to main rail station, freindly staff. Negative: Beds can be a bit cleaner, although was quite ok. A bit more verity of breakfast can make this hotel a very good place to saty. We stayed with our family (2 couple with one child) and we were statisfied. More

This hotel is across the street from the Prado, close to the train and metro, and city center. The staff are helpful and friendly. This is a business-class hotel, so no frills but excellent value. I had a room with a little patio. More

Perfect location for visiting museums & gardens. Very friendly & exceptionally helpful desk staff. Buffet breakfast really varied & quite good. Room very clean and beds very comfortable. Plain room with modern bathroom and a little patio (back room, not on street side of building). Earplugs blocked all noise from adjoining rooms. Will definitely stay there again & again. More
