This hotel is amazing. The staff at the front desk are very helpful & speak English very well. The twin room was well appointed & quite luxurious. This place is right opposite the plaza de Castilla metro station & only about 1 km from the Chamartin train station. Real Madrid's home ground is about 2,5 kms away. The price we... More

The area is famous Plaza Castilla area. Bus stand and Metro at the door step. Approximately 40 minutes from the airport by Taxi. Surrounded by a number of eateries, Santiago football stadium is 10-15 minute by walk. Rooms are large, spotless linen and good quality bed. Bathroom was big, modern and was provided with a number of good quality toiletries.... More

Good things first: Location, is good since you have buses and metros really close; but probably not the best location if you are looking to go walking and sightseeing since it's pretty far from downtown, altough if you use the metro it's a 10-15 minutes ride. You are in front of the infamous Torres Kio or Gate of Europe. Breakfast... More

I booked this hotel online while looking for a reasonable hotel close to Nuevos Ministerios station in Madrid. It was the closest one with available rooms. This hotel is just average. The room was clean but the bed was hard, the pillows uncomfortable, and the towels were thin and stiff. It doesn't have a very modern interior either. I only... More

The rooms are a decent size, and the breakfast is ok. However, the dinner at the restaurant is not good quality. Also, a customer was given a room key to a room which was already occupied, the gentleman walked into a room with a semi-naked lady already in there! When a hotel can't control its booking system and you think... More

Moderate hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast ok. It is located in an interesting area, the metro stop is just outside hotel - very convenient, and close to Chamartin train station. Not a fancy hotel but good value for the price, meets all our needs. We had a three share room which was clean with adequate facilities, and even with the... More

Madrid is a popular city with a wide range of hotels. We booked This hotel only one week before our stay, for the weekend of Euroleague Final four taking place at the same time with San Isidro Festival. You can easily guess almost all hotels were booked and prices were very high. Then we found Exe Puerto Castilliano, for a... More

I booked this hotel for a two days business trip as it was the recommended hotel from the organizers. The location is very easy to find (it is just next to the metro station and on the big Castellana avenue. A ride to the center by metro takes 20 to 30 minutes. The neighborhood of course is not very interesting.... More

The Hotel it is not in a prime location, maybe in the future with the enlargement of Paseo de la Castellana will, but not now. The Hotel entrance and very specially if you arrive at night, its kind of scary, from the road till the entrance of the hotel is a dark zone, with people seated in the floor and... More
