We stayed there for one night on arrival at airport. It is a lovely hotel and I would highly recommend it for anybody arriving late. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

This was the second time I stayed overnight at this hotel and I did it for it is near to Barajas Airport. The staff is friendly, there are restaurants at the lobby and there is a free shuttle service to the airport. The room my husband and I stayed was spacious, good wifi, the bathroom was very clean but the... More

We enjoyed our one-night stay before an early-morning flight home. Our room was recently re-furbished, sparkling clean and sound-proof. WIFI worked well, the airport shuttle departed every 15 minutes, check-in was fast and efficient and there was a choice of at least 4 levels or styles of on-site dining available. The bed was comfy and the bathroom spacious and easy... More

I opted for this hotel as it was close to the airport, had a free transfer service and was reasonably priced. Check in was a bit slow basically due to number of guests arriving on bus, but once at desk the receptionist was friendly and quick with the transaction. Room was big, laminate floors, lovely bathroom and balcony overlooking a... More

Large room and very nice bathroom. Lovely balcony, but without furniture... Restaurant not open between 16:00 and 20:30, so only light dinner for us. Nice neighborhood, but far away from any shops. We would stay there again. But if closeness to airport or Feria is not important, look for another.

We have stayed in this hotel every year in October for 4 years. last year the rooms were battered but functional. This year with an enormous price hike the rooms and corridors have been refurbished, the en - suites to a high standard, but the facilities in the room have been down graded, no fridge, no cold or hot drink... Very poor service,Place needs urgent renovation and the EU 199 / night I was charged is totally unjustified. Seldom saw such a poorly qualified staff. Stay away from this hotel.,there are several other options near the airport.

Check in took 45 minutes. They couldn't find my booking. They argued with the piece of paper from the booking agency. Then miraculously they found the booking. The hotel says it is multilingual but no one on reception at that time understood English. The room on the second floor was clean but v v basic. No fridge, no minibar, no... More

I chose this hotel based on recent positive reviews of the free hotel shuttle. It IS free. However, after waiting for over 30 minutes (being told 5-10), and seeing the shuttles of all the hotels I didn't choose because of less positive reviews, I did get a bit concerned. Keep in mind, you must call for the shuttle and MAD... More

I have stayed in this Hotel numerous times. The ratio quality/price is the best that I found in Madrid. The rooms are confortable and clean. They have free shuttle to the airport. And they have a variety of restaurants to choose from in the ground floor. Have stayed there many times, and will continue to stay there!
