We stayed here for one night at the end of a long weekend in Madrid with friends. Location: Amazing...literally just off of Gran Via and very close to Callao and Plaza de España. Perfect for a weekend break in Madrid Check in: It was possibly the slowest check in I have ever done in a hotel, literally one button a... More

We chose this hotel for a last minute holiday because it was reasonably priced and in a good location. I read some comments on here and it seemed alright. The outside and reception area is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a really good size (one of the biggest I've stayed in) and... More

4 stars might be a bit of a stretch to some, but this is a very good hotel. Our rooms were impeccable (we stayed two separate nights, each in a different room). Bed was excellent, ar conditioning, bathroom was very nice and clean, the shower is excellent as well as the bath tub, even if it's not too big. The... More

We have just stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and were very very disappointed. It is marked as 4 star but has no amenities at all, no bar and the restaurant was closed every evening although there was a sign that boasted it had the best buffet in madrid. Our room was very small and the bathroom was disgusting,... More

This hotel was conveniently located right off of Gran Via. Plaza Espana and Santo Domingo were the closest metro stops. The room was large and the bathroom was nice size as well. Steps away from Gran Via.

Lovely hotel, ideally situated to explore Madrid. Nice rooms, lots of marble, good en-suite and a little sitting room with TV, Air Conditioning, daily maid service. Sheets were clean and good quality, beds were firm but comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff were all very helpful, professional and friendly. I would visit this hotel again. The only possible flaw was the... More

Probably more like a 3 than a 4 star hotel, but the location was great, a short walk from Plaza d'Espana and Santo Domingo Metro stops. Madrid is quite compact, and if you're visiting in the cooler months you will be able to walk from here to almost anywhere in the city centre. Our room was nice, overlooking the street... More

I spent wonderful good time in this hotel. It is strategically located between 2 metro stations, and within a walking distance from many major Madrid's attractions.Staff members were both polite and knowledgeable, and made me feel at home.. Breakfast was definitely above of what I experienced in many other 4* hotels. I would not hesitate to stay there again if... More

This is more like a 3-star, mid-scale hotel, rather than 4-star. Overall, it's a good value due to its prime location (right behind Gran Via and just a quick walk over to Plaza de Espana, and other areas; a couple double-decker bus tour stops just a few mins away by foot, food market next door), the quality of the room,... The hotel is well situated, in the center near Gran Via and Plaza Espana. Rooms are spacious, I had two small rooms (one with bed and one with sitting area). Bank was not clean and the door was difficult to close: once when the room was cleaned I came back and found the door to my room open. Cleaning is... More
