This hotel is really good value for money. This may not be the best hotel in town, and it is defintely not, but it is totally ok. The rooms are quite spacious, bed are your typically spanish hard beds, bathrooms are spacious and have everything you need. I have to praise the security gaurds, my father was with us, and... More

I wasn't expecting much from this hotel. It was cheap and cheerful near to the American Express offices where I worked for the day. I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean and more importantly very quiet at night which is more than I can say than the Melia Galgos was was terrible but much more expensive. Would stay here again.

I do not have enough words to tell you about this hotel, only to say after traveling all around the world and staying in there sister hotels this is the worst. I was attacked by the night porter for asking for fresh water for my sick wife. I was lied to by a member of the reception staff who tried to... More

Hotel is worn out, especially corridors and elevators. Smells like sewer (I almost vomited leaving elevator on 5th floor - smell was so bad). It's terribly hot in rooms, despite window opened all night. It's also hot in the gym - forget any longer treadmill or bike excersise - you would not survive it. Very crowded restaurant during breakfast. Very... More

Rooms are decent. Location is quite convenient for the airport. I was part of a large group for a convention. The bus outside the hotel takes you to city centre in 40 minutes. All the problems in this hotel are people related. The bar tenders are grumpy at best and one of them even scolded me for changing my mind... More

A bit far away from the TOWN, but a nearby BUS STOP, or ample taxis do make for it. Service is friendly, Food is Nicer, however it would be wiser to head for town for much better and lavish Spanish Food. FOR THE PRICE the Hotel is GOOD FOR Value...FREE SHUTTLE.. TRY if you want to stay for a day... More

This hotel was a 20 bus ride into Madrid and was reasonable priced too. Free Hotel shuttle bus works really well from and to airport, the journey was about 10 mins. Room was small but adequate and very clean. Hotel food was reasonable. Bar staff didn't speak good English and I had some problems ordering drinks. The reception staff were... More

This is a very nice hotel in terms of being clean with modern rooms. The breakfast buffet is very good. However there are some things to know. There are no laundry facilities and your only option is a pay service which is very high priced (1 shirt will cost you 6.60 Euro). You can't order food for delivery or bring... More

Stayed for 2 nights in March 2014. My first room, 5th floor, had no windows, just a skylight. It was like a sauna. They quickly sent an engineer, but he could only fix the air on so it blew out hot. Very quickly reception moved me to 452, a lovely room but air con similarly ineffective. This did have a... More

Had a two night stay here in February. Reception staff very friendly and efficient, 2 minute check-in which was very welcome after a long day. The room was great, everything I needed and quiet enough. The breakfast was good, lot of choice and quick service. Only complaint is the Piano Bar. The service is not great, far too long to... More
