My expectations were high based on the reviews on many sites and I was not disappointed. The free mini-bar was a great perk along with clean and comfortable rooms. The rooms were much larger on the back/no view side and much smaller on the street view. The room had very large windows, a nice size closet, and great bathroom and... more

This hotel is absolutely faultless! Clean spotless, spacious rooms (ask for a corner one, they are even bigger! we had 508) and very helpfull staff! The bathroom is very nice with lots of extras (toothbrush, sleepers, bath robe...) and the minibar in the room is free (including beer!) which is fab in summer. The easiest and more panoramic way to... more

Great hotel. The wood work was great. The room was very modern. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. The people at the reception desk was very help. They tried their best to speak english. I noticed a few people comment on the reception staff not speaking english but you must remember you are not in america, you are in Spain.... more

The hotel is very close to the metro station and the surrounding area are quiet. Hotel staffs are very helpful. Room is very nice and the mini bar is free! The room price is very low and the service and quality are very high. What a choice! more

This is a very nice hotel decor wise and is well situated close to the metro if a little way out of town. Contrary to previous posts we spoke to 2 people on reception and they spoke English very well. Where the hotel let us down was the food. We arrived about 9pm on a Friday night and although the... more

Upon my arrival i was greeted by a stern woman. I have read some not so good reviews, but the budget was tight but the rooms looked great! The staff don't speak english and i can speak a little spanish but they should try also. The hotel manager which was an older looking woman was just soooo rude! I would... more

The hotel is good, in a good location and offering a free minibar is great. Especially when you are visiting Madrid during summer. The rooms are clean and everything looks nice and new. The minus point goes to the reception. I was treated like a dog (or even worse). There is a receptionist who is unfriendly and looks tired of... more

This hotel is in a great location, not far from the airport as well as being only a short taxi ride to the bars and restaurants. The continental breakfast were quite basic and not very appitising so ate out after the first one. It is a very modern looking hotel with great, clean rooms. A free minibar is good with... more

I really like the location of this hotel. It is very convenient to the Metro which makes it a simple trip to and from the Airport. There are a couple of local Tapas Bars in the area that are quite good. If you want to play tourist it is an easy trip on the Metro to get to any area... more

you don't mind staying a little bit north of the main sights in the city. It's worth booking if you're getting it at a much cheaper price than the city centre hotels. We were a 5 minute bus ride from the shops in the Salamanca district and the downtown area around Cheuca, Retiro, Prado Museum (Bus No.1). There was a... more
