Great place to stay the night before an early flight leaving Madrid. Might even consider it for a short stay in Madrid. Airport van arrives at airport and hotel regularly; no need to call. Newer building, room and bathroom size match 21st Century sensibilities. Second doorway in room reduces hallway noise. Breakfast was not included in my room rate, but... more

It's close to the airport, but the rooms are so scratched up from everyone staying just one night. I have never seen a hotel with more marks on the walls. Even switched rooms and next room was just as marked up. Tub/shower sprayed water all over. Hotel served its purpose though, Breakfast okay in basement. more

We were put up in this hotel by Iberia when our flight was delayed. It is a 4 star hotel but at the bottom end. The room was clean and they were able to facilitate our request for inter connecting rooms for our children. The buffet dinner & breakfast were fine. They did not provide face cloths in the room... more

This hotel it's an excelent option to stay near the airport or last night in madrid if the flight it's very early. To visit the city you loose lot of time metro and until it, because it's more than 10 minuts walk from the metro, and after that you need more at least 25minuts to be at Gran Via. The... more

This hotel was chosen as we had an early flight back home. It was very convenient. They have a shuttle every 20 minutes to and from the airport. Also the metro is just a 10 minute walk away, so you can go into town in 15 minutes for dinner in Madrid. We found the place to be clean, the bathtowels... more

I was there for business for four days, perfect location close to Madrid Airport; the hotel has a free shuttle. You can enjoy Madrid nightlife avoiding morning traffic jams if your working place is outside Madrid and in the Barajas area. more

I stayed here because the 60 euro a night IBIS next door was full up. so i had no choice but to shell out 123 euros for one night. I will admit though, it is swanky. no complaints. the interior is beautiful. the staff seemed friendly enough. except for the airport shuttle which I took. the man does not ask... more

The hotel staff was very unfriendly. The hotel is very old; not cosy or 'cool sixties' old, but the building is in an old state. There is no option to use internet (no wifi, no computer there) so I had to take the metro to find an internet café. In relation to what they charge, it's definately not worth the... more
