We chose this hotel based on the reviews on this site and I am glad we did. The rooms look modern, spacious and are very clean. The area around the hotel seemed fine to me, and it is very close to public transportation. The staff is very courteous and professional. The one thing that impressed me the most: one day... more

A very good hotel, spacious rooms, nice bathroom, and very accomodating staff! We found the location good, close to Madrid Vision bus tours, parks, shops, restaurants or coffee shops. We definitely would stay here again and recommend to others. more

Although not in the best part of town the hotel is only a 10 to 15 minute walk to where it all happens. At 80€ a night it was excellent value for Madrid. The bedroom and en-suite bathroom were HUGE and very well appointed and the staff were very helpful. Can't comment on the breakfast as we had an early... more

Room was spacious and clean - but 2 single beds put together to make a double was annoying. Was also allocated a smoking room in a lower floor despite requesting a non-smoking upper room. Would also expect tea/coffee maker in a 4-star hotel. On the plus side, the hotel had a very good location, especially for the art galleries. Enjoyed... more

I stayed here at both the beginning and end of my last trip to Spain and wish I had known about this hotel for previous trips. Got a great night sleep every night in the peaceful, spotless room. Staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. Most importantly to me, the location is ideal for walking to everything I want access... more

As an avid reader of tripadvisor reviews before booking anywhere I was encouraged by the tone of the reviews I read. I was not disapointed by the Hotel though I would say that it was a superior 3 star rather than a 4 star. For a city that supposedly never sleeps the Hotel Bar, basically part of the restuarent, closed... more

This hotel is located about 3 minutes from the Atocha train station, which is nice if you are using the train station often during your stay. It is also very close to the Atocha metro station and the Reina Sofia museum. We walked everywhere from this hotel. The staff was pleasant and spoke English. The rooms were very clean and... more

The hotel is seems pretty basic for a 4-star hotel, but it is well-maintained and clean. The 'double' bed is actually two single beds pushed together. The TV is a small (old black-box style) and turns off by itself for no reason. The location of this hotel is best part - it is a 5 minute walk to the nearest... more

This hotel is a five minute walk from the main Atocha train station, so the location is ideal for someone planning to take a day trip to Toledo or planning to leave for anywhere else by train. It is also very close to the Museum Reina Sofia which has an area of cafes and restaurants in front of it. I... more
