Conveniently located close to Atocha station. Handy for the bus to the Bernabéu. Check out the salsa nightclub next door, it's great. I didn't have much contact with the hotel staff during my four night stay, I had no complaints though free wifi would be a bonus. It's a hotel I intend to stay in again.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful and spacious, the bathrooms are big, beautiful and comfortable. there is a bath. there are blackout curtains, and the reception desk staff were very kind and helpful. however there are quite serious flaws. the worst one is that the walls are apparently paper thin, as we could clearly hear every word uttered on either... The hotel is very close to the Atocha train station. When you want to go to the airport, just take the train to T4 and get a free shttle bus to T1T2T3.Only 2.55 euros. It is even cheaper than you take the metro.I do not suggest that you take the metro from T4 to T1T2T3.Because you must buy ticket,4.5 euros for 1 person.Back... Location is excellent - a 5-minute walk to Atocha train station. Noise level on street side is barely audible when balcony door is closed. (We were on the 3rd floor.) There were breakfast items to please any type of diet. Great hotel! Very friendly staff!

As part of a Globus tour, I was at the Agumar 9/13 and 14. The hotel is wonderfully located in walking distance of the Prado and Reina Sofia museums. A solo traveler, I nevertheless was given a full sized room. But best of all, a most simpatico staff. The front desk personnel and a maintenance employee helped me set my... More

Stayed in Agumar Hotel in September for 3 nights. Overall, I had a comfortable stay considering the money I paid for. Can be recommended to other travelers who come to Madrid for sightseeing. Location: The hotel is located approx. 5 min walk from the nearby Metro (Atocha Renfe Station) and 10 min walk from Madrid Central Station (Atocha Station). Main... More

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Although our room didn't have a view because it was at the back, it was also away from the busy noisy street. The room was clean and tidy and had a very big bed which was great. The hotel is situated 5 minutes away from the station of Atocha and after catching the bus... More

Three of us stayed here for an extra three nights at the end of a tour, as it was the hotel of choice for the tour. The hotel is not centrally located, however there is a bus stop outside the hotel and it is only a 10 minute ride to the terminus in the centre of Madrid. The Parque De... More

The room is great and clean. It's about 5 min walk from the Atocha station. 15 min walk to El Prado and Thyssen museums. Staff are helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and decently quiet. The beds are very comfortable with extra pillows. Plenty electric outlets and stable wifi. Awesome 4-star hotel with a tasty price.

Location is only good if you're planning to visit the prado museum, retiro park and atocha station. Its not anywhere near to plaza mayor or RM Stadium or Las ventas bullring. You need to take a train or bus to get to your destination. Room was dark and very small. The bathroom warm water doesn't seem to work. Breakfast was... More
