We spent 3 nights in this hotel. Room was a little bit small for a double room, service were a little bit rude when we commented them a problem with the magnetic key and the official price with no discount is expensive.

What are the most important aspects of a hotel stay? If you look for safe surroundings, very clean accommodations, and comfortable beds then you'll be happy here. The rooms are nicely set up and roomy enough. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable, with nice linens and they, too, were fresh and clean. The elevators are functional and... More

This hotel is very well located. 10 minute walk to Atocha Renfe station and 15 min to the Museo del Prado. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is ok also and has a good variety, not only pastries like other hotels. My only 2 negatives are: WiFi connection is not very good, at least on 2nd floor, and... More

The hotel is located in the central market area. the nearest metro station is about 1 kms. The rooms are not so spacious and the even the basis amenities are not available in the room. And of course, the language is a big barrier in communication. Even the receptionists are not comfortable in English. In our tariff plan, the breakfast... More

We were on a Gate 1 tour and this was a typical business hotel. It was spotlessly clean. We had two twin beds which were quite comfortable. If you are sensitive to noise, well...bring ear plugs and a sleeping aid as you can hear people on each side of you as well as above you. The breakfast was very good... More

Breakfast was very good, rooms were bigger than I expected of a European hotel and it was in a great location for me (near Atocha renfe which is a metro and train stop). The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the air conditioning didn't work and they didn't warn us and the walls were a... More

Stayed here for 4 nights. The room was very clean with toiletries and hairdryer, but no kettle. The air conditioning was good. We didn't eat in the hotel. 15 euros to hire the safe but you got that back when you handed the key in. Beds very comfortable.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our Trafalgar tour .Walking distance to the Atocha station and Prado museum. Spacious room/ bathroom with balcony overlooking the main street. Noise level not too bad and just a few cafeteria /restaurants nearby. Nothing much on TV in english language. 15 euros for the safe deposit ! Breakfast and dinner pretty good in... More

Conveniently located close to Atocha station. Handy for the bus to the Bernabéu. Check out the salsa nightclub next door, it's great. I didn't have much contact with the hotel staff during my four night stay, I had no complaints though free wifi would be a bonus. It's a hotel I intend to stay in again.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful and spacious, the bathrooms are big, beautiful and comfortable. there is a bath. there are blackout curtains, and the reception desk staff were very kind and helpful. however there are quite serious flaws. the worst one is that the walls are apparently paper thin, as we could clearly hear every word uttered on either...
