I stayed in this hotel for three nights and hotel was well located close to the metro stop Atocha Renfe. I you get out at one of the metro exits it is on the same street about two minutes walk up the hill Staff were very friendly as well. more

Comfortable, clean, reasonably sized room (twin occupancy). Close to Madrid's Atocha station. No street noise even though room overlooked main road. relatively easily accessible from Menendez Playo metro station. Receptionist wasn't the most friendly but this seems to be a Spanish thing. more

This was a nice hotel but a little out of the way for tourists, bordering on a quiet residential neighbor. This hotel was situated 10-15 minutes walk from the Atocha Renfe station. The reception were friendly when I checked-in. I requested a high-up room which did not face the busy street and they honoured my request. I had a nice clean quiet twin non-smoking room. This hotel was a great value. The room was better than expected, cozy and very comfortable. Bathroom was excellent. Very convenient to metro and art museums. Only drawback is lack of restaurants in immediate vicinity. We didn't try the in-house restaurant. more

We have absolutely NO idea how this hotel was rated as a Four Star Hotel.
