It is really in the middle of the center of Madrid. At the most lively and noisy spot. Good place to fill the beat. The entrance to the hotel is from the side, down floor, not at the reception floor. Also the reception is tiny and crowded. The rooms are nice , breakfast is OK., but not something to write... More

We stayed at this hotel on Gran Via, Madrid for a weekend and were very impressed. The location was great, right in the heart of the city, where you can walk everywhere. The bedroom and en-suite were large and comfortable, and we had a balcony overlooking the main Gran Via shopping street, but was not noisy. We upgraded to have... More

Good hotel for business or leisure in the Gran Via, take of the rooms looking at the Street, the room was big enough, bathroom as well, my only complaint was the bed, it was a bit hard, not comfy at all. Wifi is free and good. Employees friendly, you can walk anywhere in the center from here. Good price/value ratio.

Checked in Thursday June 27 2014 for one night after staying the previous two Nights around the corner at Hotel Atlantica. Although Hotel Atlantica was very Nice and had airport shuttle service I found that the Tryp Madrid Cibeles was a much better value. I stayed in a corner room (308) which was very nice. Bed was good no street... More

the only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast. I had a single room which looked like a closet, I had no place for my luggage. I had stayed at another hotel at Madrid when I started my trip, it was cheaper, had a better location and a very nice room,

I stayed here with a group of girlfriends and it was a great choice! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and the location is great. It was close to the Metro and lots of great bars and restaurants. Would definitely return to this hotel.
