Tremendous central location. Museums, palaces, parks and shops all walkable. Great metro. Large building with frontage onto Via Grande. 6th floor rooms have small balcony with spectacular vertiginous views but this comes with the constant roar of this vibrant city that rocks till 3am every night. While the room was large and clean, this was the worst hotel stay in our lives, especially for the money. Service was horrible, room service non-existent, conflicting stories on internet access. Access was horrible because of construction,and don't go two doors over away from the main street as you will be on hooker row. more
