Fifty yards from 'Plaza de España' underground, good breakfast, excellent situation. If you want quiet at night ask for an interior room . .no view, but quiet. Welcoming service upon arrival. Were given non smoking room at rear of property (room 805) although it had a view over the roofs of neighbouring rooftoops we had asked for a room for smokers. Location: good location in central Madrid, very close to a Metro station. Great Breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Room was a good size and well presented. Noise was a small issue but may have been due to the time coinciding with New Year and Wise Men coming. more
