Perfect location (near the Gran Via) where there are lots of restaurants, cafés and theatres (we went to see a dance performance, it was wonderful). There were also metro stops nearby. Rooms were rather small, but cozy and tidy. Very friendly staff who speak English and one of them even gave us a ride to the airport. I liked the... More

OK this place is really narrow and small. Everything seems to be in petite form, but location is great, service is good and kind. Room is clean and welcoming. No breakfast is offered but for the price it's good value for money.

Good location for visiting all major attractions. Rooms very clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and when needed used translating service on iphone to make sure they understood us and helped us. Our flight home was an evening flight and they allowed us to leave our cases there at no extra cost. When we returned for the cases they took... More

We came here on a Groupon deal and got a nice room facing the street. As said before the street is not the most pleasing but room was very good, clean and very modern. The toilet and shower worked perfectly. Though watch when showering is the water drains very slowly. Use the shower at half power and you will avoid... More

Good value option, modern, clean and unique. This is not 'luxury', but then you are not paying for opulence! The hostal is a really good option for lower budgets - fun decor, all the standard facilities, central location. A little noisy in some rooms at night, and small showers, but I would return without hesitation.

once you're in, it's really nice The staff are all very friendly and my room was better than I expected. The entrance is on the second floor and it's a bit weird if you're only used to hotels. However, once I'd settled in I thought it was great. So near the Gran Via and close to 3 Metro stations. My... More

I had the single room which was small , room located just inside the main door and could be noisy with guests and staff chatting but not too bad, the room was quite hot , it was May and the airon doesnt get switched... This was such a great find. My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the apartments off site, which had a kitchenette and bathroom (basically almost a studio apartment). It was in a nice building on a quiet street near Plaza de Espana. The room was immaculate with nice views of the city, and even a TV over the bed.... More
