Must admit that here was home to the hardest bed I've come across in a hotel in Western Europe and as others have aluded to the toilet was not the best designed either. The price was good though and the location is not too bad, but if you can afford say Holiday Inn, or any other premium brand, it's worth... More

We stayed the night in November 2014, whilst driving from the uk to Malaga via Bilbao. The hotel was very clean, friendly, helpful staff, and a well appointed room with double bed, en suite shower room. A budget price but definitely an excellent stay.

Booked here instead of my usual Holiday Inn since the Holiday Inn and many other hotels were booked out for one of the three nights that I was staying and didn't want to change hotels half way through To get there from the city centre you'll need to take Subway line 1 to Sierra De Gudealupe for 13 stops which... Decent place to stay if travelling to Madrid on a budget. Plain, simple rooms, but adequate space and friendly staff. The location is not that ideal, since it is in an industrial part of Madrid; so eating places nearby can be hard to come by. It nearby however to El Pozo metro station, that quickly (and cheaply) takes you to... More

This Hotel is very simple but confortable and with all necessary. It is near of the highway. The bad point is 7.00 for the garage. The internet is free for 24H and have a good speed. The breakfast is simple and have a lack of some usual hotel offer.

We chose to stay in an Ibis hotel as we have had good value before when travelling through Spain and France. As usual this type of hotel is on the outskirts of the city, but it's not a great problem as there is always public transport near. The check in process was quick and painless, the staff as always were... More

Hello, we found a very interesting good styled and clean Hotel. The IBIS in Madrid East is worth a visit. But the receptio is really Spanish. We have got a lot of time. So please wait over there. I won´t be disturbed in my work. I´m busy. Although it was really hot and the sweat/sudor run instantly more than 12... More

Reasonably priced comfortable, very clean room. Was very quiet apart from the odd siren going past. 7 euros for very secure underground parking. Helpful, English speaking reception staff. Yes it is quite far out of the city but if you want to stay in the city don't book it. I was also very amused by the lights in the showers,... More
