The hotel is on a commercial zone probably 30 minutes from the city center, which is not bad, bud the beds are horrible, the Director (Manager) decide went turn on the AC or the Heater, we went on October some cool days and sometime Hot days, I went to the front desk to complain about the terrible uncomfortable bed (We... Although is out of city, you can have metro to city centre. Staff and rooms are not bad. Double room may be too small for two people. We used its free parking. There are some restaurants if you prefer to eat out, not good but they may help.

Though close to nowhere, this hotel is easily reachable by car or by metro+bus. The service is friendly and helpful. Amenities are fine and I wondered why it is only a one star hotel. Cheap bars nearby serving good food, petrol station with prices better than in the city and a discount across the road (100m) also worth mentioning.

Nothing special. But if you're looking for a cheap clean nice friendly hotel not so far from the centre of madrid this is great value. 200 meters from the hotel you can take the subway, line 1, straight to the centre of the city. The puerta de sol. It takes you 15 minutes.

Although hotel is new, rooms clean and nice, equipment is very modest, there are very few towels, almost no toiletries, and to get to the city centre it takes more than an hour one way, using metro or train. It's a good place to stay if not interested in commuting to the centre. Parking is good safe, but you need... More

Must admit that here was home to the hardest bed I've come across in a hotel in Western Europe and as others have aluded to the toilet was not the best designed either. The price was good though and the location is not too bad, but if you can afford say Holiday Inn, or any other premium brand, it's worth... More

We stayed the night in November 2014, whilst driving from the uk to Malaga via Bilbao. The hotel was very clean, friendly, helpful staff, and a well appointed room with double bed, en suite shower room. A budget price but definitely an excellent stay.

Booked here instead of my usual Holiday Inn since the Holiday Inn and many other hotels were booked out for one of the three nights that I was staying and didn't want to change hotels half way through To get there from the city centre you'll need to take Subway line 1 to Sierra De Gudealupe for 13 stops which... Decent place to stay if travelling to Madrid on a budget. Plain, simple rooms, but adequate space and friendly staff. The location is not that ideal, since it is in an industrial part of Madrid; so eating places nearby can be hard to come by. It nearby however to El Pozo metro station, that quickly (and cheaply) takes you to... More
