The hotel is attractive, clean, and well-located. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was large (upgraded) and overlooked a cute street, though there are prettier areas of Madrid to stay. The hotel is conveniently situated between the Plaza Mayor/Palace on one side and the Prado/Museums on the other. The bathroom was really nice, especially the rain shower head. The... More

The hotel is quite nice, though not extravagant. The suite was nicely sized for Europe, and tastefully appointed. The breakfast was adequate. Our location near Sol Plaza couldn't be better. The staff, especially in the evenings, were outstanding! Our daughter was studying in Madrid for the semester, and this hotel was recommended by other parents who also came to visit.... More

The management of this hotel are absolutely useless, we didn't actually stay at the hotel but this review is about their service. One of the staff at the hotel kindly looked after our bags whilst we explored the city, when our taxi driver went in to collect our bags a different member of staff gave him the wrong bag so... This hotel's location is really good. It is close enough that important attractions are close by for a nice good walk .. Yet distant enough to be reasonably peaceful from the tourist hubs. Staff are friendly but should be more familiar with the restaurants and facilities available in the area. After spending time in rustic Granada and Seville, the modern... More

Fully renovated hotel near plaza mayor and all the main museums of Madrid within walking distance. Also a fine area for reaching tapa bars and restaurants but also shopping. It is located 400 meters from the metro station Anton martin. Nice modern rooms with amenities and fine bathroom with rain shower.

Brilliant location around the corner from Santa Ana Plaza . Rooms are modern and a decent size with excellent sound proofing. Gym was a bit small and the bar area sterile Stay are well informed and helpful. Book it.

We stayed last week in this lovely hotel in the center of Madrid and everything was so good. The Room is bigger that we thought because normally in the city center the size used to be smaller in all Europe, but here are quite big with a new and spacious bathroom as well. Breakfast is expensive but is very very... More

Stayed here four nights in a row in early October.   Many say rooms are quiet. I heard little noise from neighbours. A good thing for a light sleeper. Bedding on a thinner-than-desired side. Pillows okay. Room service reasonably priced.   Quite large a bathroom. Mine has a separate walk-in shower stall. Water pressure comfortable. Toiletries could be better. Vanity... More

The room allocated to us after we declined the promotional upgrades and breakfast options that the chap on reception was trying to sell, was apparently the only one that was available that had a double bed, the only other room available to us was 1 twin bed room. We took the double. Whilst the room and bathroom size was generous... More

Today I have received my telephone bill and remembered the story. We flew from Cuba back home and decided to stay one night in Madrid. My husband asked the hotel to send us the taxi (in writing). Nobody was bothered to do this. So after 10 hour flight and finding our way to the hotel we "landed" at the reception.... More
