This hotel is not one you will fall in love with. Rooms are adequate for work and a good sleep; they are clean but they are not amazing. The hotel is quite bold service wise; beyond breakfast, there is little to do. I found the shuttle to the airport great to save the taxi ride.

Great location 3 minutes walk from the nearest Metro into the heart of Madrid. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a bonus. Lovely clean and modern rooms for a very reasonable price. Very nice breakfast also good Room Service.

I typically stay in higher end hotels, but was put up there by an airline after a flight was cancelled. Lots of flight crews from various airlines were there too. Very clean and relatively new construction. Good breakfast. Small bed. Average pillow. Nicely tiled small private bath. Walls are thin so more noise possible from inside than out. Some outside... The only things I ask in a hotel are cleanliness and no noises. Although I admit the hotel is clean and a good value for the price, the traffic noises are horrible. Even in the back rooms you can hear the cars in the highway. Very bad for soft sleepers. But that's not all. The elevator noise is absolutely insane.

Very convenient for a stop-over between flights, well placed near airport , but no aircraft noise. Good value for money with friendly staff and good breakfast choice. Some smell of cigarettes from other rooms.

What a strange place to stay with a split hotel and very small bar area. Was a little remote but friendly staff and some good pubs and places to eat nearby. Would stay there again but only for 1 night to be near the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I've stayed in this hotel a couple of times already. The shuttle service works well, only 10 mins away from T1. In fact I had to stay on Christmas eve, and as such the shuttle did not run that time. However, the hotel paid for the taxi from the airport to the hotel (which was surprisingly hefty) The place itself... More

This was an average hotel for an overnighter. The room seemed clean enough but the walls in the room and halls were a little worn. The staff was freindly and very helpful. It is close to the Metro and had coke shuttle service to airport.
