The hotel itself is ok, although we only stayed one night so did not see the restaurant etc. At first the room seemed really nice and was spacious however, the walls were paper thin and were awoken at 2am and kept awake by the activities of next door! It’s an OK hotel. Not more, not less. If it is their art-pitch that attracts you in Santo Domingo, then you will be disappointed – there are a few paintings in the lobby (all copies) but the rooms lack the artful touch.
