very good to stay for couples. a little bit old fationed, but very friendly and comfortable it takes only 3mins from the subway and very easy to find. it's not noisy for near by the aprartment i'll absolutely recommend "smoke free room" for non-smokers. 커플 숙소로 괜찮습니다. 건물이나, 인테리가 좀 오래되긴 했는데... 직원들 연세(경력)도 있고, 모두 친절합니다. 지하철에서도 가깝고 주변이... This place is anything but not a 4* hotel. Stayed here 4nights and really don't know where to start. Staff: Very poor service, they hardly speak english-same at the reception! Most of the staff is Senior age. Hotel/Room: Room was overlooking the stairways and given I travelled solo I got the smallest room ever; not to mentioned about the things... More

Dear madam, In order to answer yor review, I am sorry to disagree with you due all the staff in the reception speaks a fluent English. In my modest opinion, to talk this way about the age staff seems misguided on your part. The years pass for everybody, even you, and this does not mean lack of efficiency at work,... More

I have stayed here a number of times and always had a great stay and made feel very welcome. The hotel is old style, with lovely furnishings, comfortable clean rooms and super common spaces. The staff are so polite, helpful and welcoming. Many of them have worked here for decades and are very experienced. The hotel is in a very... More

I booked this hotel for the duration of Christmas holidays.I really wanted to write a good review, but what happened after the stay in hotel, I was very upset. This hotel is a few hundred metres from a metro station - San Bernardo. El Corte Ingleis is also a few hundred metres away. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a carpark in front of the hotel so it is very convenient if you drive there. However, there is no driveway in front of the hotel so it... More

This was a City Break booked through Air Miles so we weren't sure what to expect but we needn't have worried. The public rooms were superb, the bedroom well appointed and serviced. The hotel was conveniently situated. A wonderful break

Positively the best hotel I have stayed in for a City Break. Ideally situated for the metro line to nearly all the main sightseeing destinations. Staff very nice!, quite a few speaking English. Bedrooms well equipped and spotless. Breakfast buffet has a choice of fruit, cold meats, cheeses, cakes, croissants, eggs, sausages, breads, cereals and a special area for organic/dietry... More

This is a relatively nice hotel with reasonable rates and a good location. My single room was fine though a bit cramped and a view of the rooftop outside. It's clear that these rooms have been remodeled in the last few years so it feels a bit updated though not modern by any stretch. Breakfast was good with a nice... More

I've been staying in Conde Duque for many years. This hotel has a special appeal that makes him look like your home ..away. Staying in Chamberi

Neighborhood Profile
Chamberi
Multi-story residential buildings decorated with ornate balconies line the traditional, quiet, and pretty streets of Chamberí. Humble storefronts and neighborhood taverns are scattered across the lower levels down every block, and here and there, there's a cluster of tables on the sidewalk. It isn't ever crowded, but people are always out, poking into the tiny bakeries, hardware stores, and tobacco shops, or ducking into a bright, unadorned cerveceria to have a coffee or beer by the bar, flip through the paper, and check the sports score. The round Plaza Olavide, where the fairly regular network of streets breaks form, is among the most green and lively spots. Restaurants line its circumference and sought-after outdoor tables fill the center of the plaza, where people relax to the sounds of kids playing and street musicians' tunes.
