This is a very tired Novotel much in need of a makeover: walls, carpets & bedrooms all well past their sell-by dates. Staff adequate rather than welcoming. If you know Novotel then you know this one - not quite as slick as Novotel in France, but still pretty good - and better than a lot of competing Spanish hotels. Clean, fresh, modern decor.
