Bfast was separate not like their La Defense property where the bfast was included in their price. The metro is located just 50 mts from... more

Novotels all over Europe are very similar and this one is now exception. The rooms are consequently of a good standard. The restaurant serves surprisingly good food and has a pleasant terrace in the summer. The room service menu is rather more basic, but acceptable. The location is the main plus point for this hotel. It is near the airport... more

We stayed at the Novotel for a night - the rooms were above average and the location for us wasn't the best, but excellent with good transport links to where we wanted to go (it wouldn't be ideally situated however for anyone wanting to easily visit central London). However .... on our confirmation email it listed Breakfast under the room... more

I say business only - actually it is a convenient airport hotel too as it has a frequent and free airport shuttle bus, shared with the Sofitel (now Pullman) next door. I use this hotel several times a year whe visiting trade shows at the Feria, as the hotel is just 5 minutes walk away. sometimes I also stay at... more

I stayed here for an Oil & Gas Trade Show for one week. The location is worst ever for tourism: you need to pay about 40 Euros to get to downtown. Customer Service is irregular in terms of quality, but it's excusable since it's a French hotel chain in Madrid (Spaniards are not that polite, you know...). For instance, to... more

The Novotel Madrid at Campo de las Naciones is like all Novotels: Just good for sleeping and for nothing else. Rooms are standard sized, clean and have a good mattress and big windows. Pool is shared with connected and also huge Sofitel, so it can be overcrowded there. I do advise this hotel only for visitors of exhibition center, just... more

I selected the Novotel Campo de las Naciones because of a great rate, and it's proximity to both the airport ( less than 5 mins via hotel shuttle that runs every 30 mins) and to a Metro stop that is only about 100 metres away. The hotel is typical Novotel; the pool is average size but very clean, the staff... more

This hotel offers minibus service to and from Madrid Barajas airport, about 15 minute ride. It also sits next to a Metro station, so one can go to central Madrid in 45-60 minutes. Simple, modern room. Internet access is for a fee only. Breakfast is excellent: array of hams and cheeses, hot eggs and meats, fresh fruit, excellent bread, pastry,... more

I go to Madrid a lot to work (I'm a journalist) and I have stayed twice at Novotel. It's a great place, with friendly people, quiet rooms and a decent breakfast. Besides, it offers free shuttle to Barajas airport and has a Subway station just accross the street! more
