I used this hotel for a brief city visit to Madrid. The room was small but clean , and kept so. It is very close to the Bernebeu stadium and to the metro system. A no 14 bus from outside will take you down into the city. Breakfast was good in a continental way, with plenty of choice. If you... More

If you are looking for a good, clean low cost hotel with good rooms within walking distance of the Bernabeu Stadium for Real Madrid games you can not go wrong with this one, about half a mile straight walk and you are there, just a bit further and you are at the metro station if you want to go into... The room is very tiny, about 8 x 12 sq ft at most and with a queen sized bed there is no space to move. It's okay for spending the night. Bathroom is nice, front desk is mixed - two people were very helpful and the rest were not really helpful. The latter had remarkably poor english skills. Breakfast was... More

I stayed in this hotel a couple of weeks ago for a sightseeing trip to Madrid. It is not centrally located to any of the main sites, but it is within easy walking distance (less than half a mile) to the subway station. It is easily accessible via subway from the airport and doesn't take long to get to all... More

Room very old and warn out Room smells of smoke even as I learned I was in a non smoking room. Toilet smells as hell. Service is non existent both at the reception and in the bar. I stayed here only because it was close to my event's location. I should have rather chosen a more decent hotel

Stayed here last June (2013) with my mum for 5 nights whilst I was flat hunting in Madrid. The hotel was clean, well situated in terms of getting to and from the airport. Probably not the best palce to stay if you are on a sightseeing holiday in Madrid but great for business trips etc. - Nevertheless, reaching the centre... More

I went there with my dad on his business trip. The hotel is adorable and staff is helpful and always smiling. 5 minutes walking distance from Santiago Bernabeu stadium, where you can also find a metro and a bus station. 10 minutes ride from downtown (Puerta del sol, Gran Via, Callao).

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip to Madrid and, frankly, knowing NH hotel chain standard, it requires an urgent update to meet their quality (beds, woodwork, bathroom, lobby, bar, etc.). It is easy to get to from the airport (same metro line) and Chamartin rail station, even a city site seeing bus stop by the stadium, and well... More

Yes, the rooms are small, but I didn't go to Madrid to stay inside my hotel room. I slept well. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bus stop and train stations are close by. The breakfast, at 18.5 Euros, is overpriced, with better values in easy walking distance.
