Yes, the rooms are small, but I didn't go to Madrid to stay inside my hotel room. I slept well. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bus stop and train stations are close by. The breakfast, at 18.5 Euros, is overpriced, with better values in easy walking distance.

The hotel is ok and is perfect located if you are in Madrid for a Real Madrid football game. It´s walking distance to Bernabeu Stadium and is perfectly all right. The lobby and the rooms are nothing special, just a hotell. But since you can reach subway and even walk to many locations, the hotel, if you pay an OK... More

My room was on the top floor and had a terrace, which was nice, but during the first evening it was very windy, and the turbulence was kind of bouncing on the terrace. It was noisy. Maybe some aerodynamics could help in order to damp the effect of the wind coming from a certain direction?

Was staying here with my friend for 5 nights and it was ok for us, because we hardly stayed in the room. Its pretty quietly located, but you have to walk quite a distance to places - even for a metro. Breakfast is quite bad, and rooms are very small. Place needs a small renovation, but for the price you... More

This is a very nice hotel to just 5 minutes walking to Real Madrid stadium. Hotel is very clean, good service and very affordable. There is a bus stop (14) in front of the hotel that will take you to the Museum Prado in 20 minutes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room is the smallest I have ever seen in a 4 stars hotel but the price was fair and the services are great! The receptionists and the team at the bar were friendly and ready to help, preparing snacks even at midnight!

The rooms are extremely small and cramped. The queen mattress (be aware beds are very short in Europe) was like sleeping on a concrete slab. The room was so hot that we slept with window open in freezing temperatures. The shower had no water pressure and went hot/cold during my shower. Pillows either very flat or lumpy. Hair dryer cheapest... More

Having read some rather negative reviews I was expecting the worse from this hotel, having being selected due to its convenient location to where I needed to be, but what a pleasant surprise. I took the option on checking in for an offered room upgrade at a very modest added cost (without viewing the single room I had pre-booked) and... More

Really didn't like the rooms here. Was recommended as this place was near where we were meeting. Our mistake to accept this recommendation. Rooms need a serious renovation. They were small. I didn't feel comfortable here. The reception was friendly. Parking the car was a traumatic experience, as navigating through the pylons under the hotel was very difficult. They were... More

Rooms are old, small, stinky...what else? suuurree...noooisy...you can hear anything happening on all your floor and a bit of what is up from the upper and lower one. If it was a cheap place since isn't so dirty would be maybe a 2 star but for a business place asking 80+ euro night for a single room without breakfast...well isn't... More
