I have just spent four nights here with a school group. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was very food and the bedrooms were all clean and very comfortable. The free wifi was a bonus too! Although not right in the centre, everywhere is easily accessible as the hotel is just... More

This was a very pleasant hotel experience for our last night in Spain. It is in a very convenient location for getting to Madrid Airport as it is within walking distance of Nuevos Ministerios metro station. The hotel is quite traditional and slightly old fashioned, but we found our double room very spacious and extremely clean and comfortable with a... More

The hotel is a good 3 star hotel. No luxuries but it is a clean and good 3 star hotel. It has free wifi but a bit slow, and very good breakfast as all NH hotels. The hotel is a quiet neighborhood about 5 minutes walking to a subway station. A good budget option.

Great little hotel in a great part of Madrid suggested by my Spanish freinds. It was quite and clean, which helped with getting over jet lag. Pay the extra money for the faster internet. It is worth it as the free internet will leave you dissapointed. I ate the hotel breakfast one morning and found it full of different selections.... More

I stay here often as it is a friendly hotel and in a decent part of Madrid with great bars but not busy or touristy. Good metro connections. The place is clean and supportive. I tend to stay often....

Not a 5 star so don't expect luxury service. The double room and en-suite was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The European normal of 2 beds pushed together is always odd to me but did not present a problem. The inside single room I stayed in was small as was the bathroom but still a great value for what I paid... More

This hotel is situated in a calm area of Madrid. You may reach the inner city via public transport and all the sights. The staff was very friendy and they spoke English. The room was nice, large enough and very clean. The area around is not very interesting but we felt safe. Just the breakfast was too expensive.

An average hotel, it appears to have had some updating in the past but isn't up to the standard of other nh hotels I've stayed in. On entry there was a smell of cigarette smoke which was because staff would stand just outside the entrance smoking. Breakfast isn't good value in fact poor for the standard charge of 15 euros,... This is a well located and resonably priced hotel in Madrid. I paid the small upgrade price to get a room on the top floor with a large balcony, at elast 40 m2 of extra space including sun lounger and chairs. Thsi was a perfect place to return to at the end of the day and chill over a few... More

We recently stayed three nights at this hotel , rooms are dated and very dark, our bedding didn't get changed the whole time we stayed and every morning at breakfast we had to wait for basic things such as bread and orange to be brought as they only served a few items at a time, stayed in this chain of...
