My wife and I have been in the hotel during our vacations on August, all the hotel's staff were very kind and polite with us. I recommended at all. The location is very good, near Atocha station and Museo del Prado. Also, you have closed from the hotel Museo Reina Sofía and Museo Thyssen Bornemisza. The best of the hotel... More

The location is good in many ways - close to Atocha station and right across the road from the Prado. In the streets behind the hotel there is plenty of choice of restaurants and bars. BUT it's noisy at night, even on the 4th floor, because there is a 24 hour Macdonalds next door which seems to attract noisy custom.... More

Great hotel, the room is clean quiet and very roomy . I was a little concerned when after asking for a quiet room I ended up next to the lift, but as the room was spacious and had an inner door I didn't hear the lift at all once the inner door was closed. The air con was good another... More

The location of the hotel is convenient, very close to the train station. The room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom amenities satisfactorily provided. Breakfast was delicious, with vast offerings. Friendly staff.

I stayed for two nights at the beginning of August. and read the reviews before booking this hotel. The hotel is located on a very busy street. The lobby is spacious and ordinary. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The room was big enough for 2 people and has the basic things. Although it was located on a high floor,... More

We decided to visit Madrid on the spur of the moment and picked this hotel for location and price. As we had a Eurail pass and needed to be close to the railway station we found that this hotel was good value for money and close (walking distance) to almost everything in Madrid. The tour bus stop was also right... More

I briefly stayed at this hotel during a business trip. The room was small and hot and I didn't sleep very well. The breakfast was okay and the staff very friendly. Overall it was just adequate for the price.

We chose this hotel due to it's location close to Atocha train station which was very convenient- a quick walk. It was also across the street from El Retiro Park and a few blocks from El Prado Museum, as well as a close walk to the city center and the many Plazas and shopping areas. The room was clean and... The location of this hotel within walking distance of most of the major museums was good, but the hotel itself is poor. Rooms are an average size, beds are quite comfortable and breakfast was adequate but hot food had to be ordered from staff which can be slow. The bar is very poor for a capital city-centre hotel - it... More

This hotel was chosen because of its proximity to the Atocha Train Station and turned out to be a good choice. The hotel was clean and modern and the room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The hotel is conveinent to the historic area where we were able to take a hop on... More
