The hotel is nice, has a medium size room with a clean toillet and a nice location. I didn't like the mattress. As we were a couple it was hard to sleap. Anyway, I recommend the hotel for short stays...

I love NH hotels, but this time it was not so good beacuse the room with twin bad was too small for two people. We sahred two rooms using twin bad and it was too small just bads between the wall with a tiny window,

I would have termed the hotel as „very good“ if it was not for the beds. Is it a joke or what? I am curious, what genius has thought of installing beds on rollers in a hotel room. It rolled with every smallest movement! In addition to a spaghetti-like pillows and rock-hard mattress, this could be called anything but a... More

We stayed at NH Alberto Aguilera for two nights in mid-September. The hotel is very conveniently located and is easily accessible by public transportation. The staff is helpful and courteous. We stayed in a room on the top floor with a large gallery. The room had a coffee machine and a small study area. Unfortunately the bed was teeny-weeny, so... More

Very clean, no frills hotel. Clean, immaculate. The room decor is modern, clean and inviting. Internet is free. We liked the breakfast. Agreed with some other reviewers that the walls don't provide enough noise insulation. Could people laugh and scream next door as if I was in their room. Also could not put the beds together, they'll roll and so... More

We found the hotel to be well located in an attractive area of the city with many, many nice restaurants and bars and cafés readily available. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. We would gladly return to this hotel if we return to Madrid.

Stayed 2 nights on business. Service at arrival spotless (nothing overboard, but just right). Check out- smooth. Rooms clean, standard euro size (which could always be larger), but good for the price. Breakfast: excellent food, variety, service. Have not experienced any of the "thin walls" problems or noise the others have referred to (was on the 8th floor though, high... More

We stayed at this hotel with a group of 31 high schoolers and chaperones. The rooms are clean but spartan. No personality to the rooms, or to this hotel. Staff was good, but warning, rooms have very thin walls... Woken at night twice to amorous guests - and they weren't on either of our sides, which meant several of us... More

Stayed at this hotel while attending a conference (it was the assigned hotel for this conference). One rather big negative aspect of this hotel is its paper thin walls. You literally hear everything going on in all of the rooms around you. For rooms facing the street, you also get quite a lot of street noise most of the time.... More
