The hotel is business, so amenities are reserved to a minimum. Located in very central and fashionable Salamanca district, close to great shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet (at 14 euros) is very complete as to almost make it a full meal, including eggs a la carte, something very rare in Madrid.

Very well located and renewed rooms. Was there with my 4 children and staff and facilities filled every need for us. Great breakfast buffet. I was also in an individual room and terrace was an unexpected surprise. Worth reccomending

Just enjoyed a weekend stay, well located, very quiet and clean, Efficient service. I liked the terrace an unexpected delight. I would use this hotel again. Only small problem the pop plug was faulty but hey not the end of the world!

This is a small hotel at a very good price with an excellent location near to Serrano and Velasquez. Small rooms but a very good price for them. Atention was warm and courteous. I will be back definitively as the hotel is what I need in Madrid.

Staff not friendly at all (except one person at the Desk), NO AIR CONDITIONING (with an outside temperature of 26°C) so it was just impossible to sleep. Last but not least: beds and pillows are terrible. It wasn't my first stay in a NH, but I won't go back to NH Lagasca

Centrally located. Great breakfast. Rooms are just ok. Tried to order roomservice, but there was nobody who spoke English. I was refered to reception, but also there nobody spoke English and they had to come to my room so that I could point out my choice on the menu. Very disappointing for a tourist hotel in the centre of a... More

We have stayed frequently at Nh Hotels in Europe. We enjoyed our stay at Lagasca. It was in our favorite section of the city, Barrio Salamanca on a relatively quiet street. Another plus was the fact that one of the entrances to the La Paz market, one of Madrid's nicest open markets, was across the street. It's also close to... More

This smallish hotel is located in the heart of the very exclusive Madrid neighbourhood of Salamanca. It is close to Hermosilla, Goya, Serrano and Paseo de la Castellana streets with their great shops and eateries. Just Spain at its best and Madrid shining! As for the hotel itself. The bed had no head stand and I kept having to push... More

Excellent Location; Well appointed rooms; Good Buffet Breakfast; WIFI in the room (ensure your deal includes it) and very helpful staff - The hotel is perfectly located - opposite a super market and big grocery market La Paz. At walking distance are Buen Retiro Park; Paseo de Castellana, Metro station Serrano, Goya, Velazquez... The only negative is cable tv with... More

The hotel is situated in central Madrid along one of those small side streets. Check-in was good with the staff speaking English which I later found was not so common in Madrid. The rooms were clean and well presented and are the usual hotel chain standards. The door locks use your finger print to open which is the first time... More
