I have just returned from a 4 day visit to Madrid with my 2 teenage children. The hotel was in an excellent location beside the metro which we used to explore the city. The rooms were very comfortable and we were very happy there. We hope to return again. more

The quality of this hotel was very disappointing, definitley not worth the price we paid. The decor and furnishings are tired, worn and badly in need of updating. The shower head holder was broken and despite repeatedly asking , over our 4 day stay it wasn't fixed. The towels were very worn and there was a hole in a sheet.... more

This hotel is a gem in Madrid. It is suitable to business travellers or turists. Not the best option for a family with kids. It offers a luxury accomodation convenient to shopping ( right next to a El Corte Ingles store) and the downtown area at a walking distance ( 30 minutes) or via underground (Arguelles station) near the hotel.... more

This hotel is very well located on Princesa Street. Very near to the metro station Arguelles (on line 3) just up the street. The facilities at the hotel are great for a city centre hotel and the rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Madrid. more
