I was there for 4 days vacation and booked online without knowing the Hotel before . Small but very cozy single bedroom in city center. Very appreciable cleanliness of the room and nice kindness of the people working at Reception. You are like at "mom home". Excellent value for money. Free WiFi service and Minibar Service and free service with... More

We use the triple beds room. The staff is very nice to us though my friend and I arrived so early in the morning @5am. The location is very close with the famous puerta del sol. The room is clean, colorful, and I love the shower with 3 different settings (regular shower, monsoon head and horizontal jets). The staff is... More

The good: Location can't be beat. Old characterful building, nicely decorated, modern, colorful and clean rooms. Friendly front desk employees. We had no problem checking into our room before 2pm (it was ready when we arrived around 11am). Free soft drinks and water; free daily walking tour of the city (moderately engaging and somewhat slow because one guide served both... More

Arrived with my 10 year old daughter at this hotel, only to be told by the front desk that my reservation (made months before, and re-confirmed only three weeks earlier) had been cancelled. No explanation given, in Spanish or English. Seems they were overbooked but that is a guess; maybe our rate was cheaper than they thought they could fetch.... More

Let's face it: the room and the bathroom are small and I'm a big guy (1,80m e 140 Kg - 5'9 and 310 lbs). But the utilization of the free space was optimized: the closet was imbued in the wall, there's a desktop PC if you don't bring you PC / Tablet / whatever in a tiny table and you... More

Stayed in January and was fantastic. Emailed and requested the same room for this stay, however it was not ready so I took any room. Room was on the ground floor with 3 single beds and a tiny bathroom. Not big enough for 3 people but fine for me as I was alone. The cleaners in the morning were very... More

Stayed here between 31st Jan - 3rd Feb in the room Andalucia. I arrived before the check in time of 2pm and had no problem in getting a room - room was large w/2 x single beds, a balcony, and shower room. Spotlessly clean and close to Sol. Will b bk.

The location is excellent. Decor amazing. Room size is fair. Bathroom size is small (but beautiful). Sitting area is next to nothing. Warnings- 1. No lifts (rooms are in 1st & 2nd floor). 2. Don't reach before 2pm because they STRICTLY stick to the policy. 3. Noisy neighbourhood & thin hotel walls. Advantage: 1. Good location. 2. Loads of eateries... More

Rooms are very clean and nice. Best thing is it is near by just center (0 km/Sol) and you can go any direction from here by walk or by metro. Wi-fi works great and there is a free minibar as well. Although a very tidy room , hard to keep the baggage in cupboard and open the door and go... More
