Hostel One (now called Hostel 360) is my favorite hostel to stay at in Madrid. It's clean, friendly, centrally located, has a kitchen, wifi, laundry, big lockets, luggage storage, nice showers, two levels, lots of social activity, and a great staff. What more can you ask for?
