This hotel was just for an overnight stop before exploring Iberia. It suited the purpose well. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast and buffet dinner adequate. The only problem was that everybody wanted to eat at once. Staggering group meal times would have made it a more pleasant experience.

Very nice and modern hotel, approximately 2 km from down town. There was a bus station just outside the hotel, which was very convinient for us. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms was big and with nice view to the river. We trully recommend this place.

stayed for 3 nights at easter - less than £50 per night b+b - and for that it really is excellent - not central - but a 6euro taxi drive or a 30 minute walk, but if you want the class and comfort without the cost, then this is the place to stay

This hotel is billed as a luxury hotel and delivers all of the expected amenities. Unfortunately, NH fails to provide the most basic necessity, a comfortable bed. After complaining about the bed in my room, the manager said she would see what she could do, which turned out to be nothing. Imagine trying to sleep on a twin mattress with... More

Excellent choice for a stay in Madrid. Just one word of caution, though: Check the Atlético de Madrid games calendar... traffic around the hotel gets really hectic before and after a game! And I hope they'll improve the gym...

My wife and I stayed for one night in this hotel while we were visiting our daughter who is studying in Madrid. We chose the hotel as it was very close to her flat. There is literally nothing around the hotel except some industrial buildings, apartment buildings, etc. Metro stop is a VERY long walk (a mile or more) and... More

A trendy modernistic hotel facing Madrid's river (inner side) but far from the city centre. The room (triple) was spacious, clean, in the minimalist style. The bathroom was sleek with nice toiletries. WiFi was not the best. The dinner and breakfast were very nice. This is a stop over for tour groups. Though there is a bus stop in front... More

Very good hotel and very friendly and professional staff. Good location also for private trip to Madrid. Well connected to public transport and close by city centre. Great if you want to go for a run along the river to the park.

Wifi is very important when abroad, and in the room we were in it was very bad. The room itself was a little small but still nice. Even though the surrounding area looked bad and bus a little ghetto, there were still places nearby to eat and madrid itself was fun. I will say the receptionist were not very nice.... More
