Best Western Arosa, is really a good Hotel to stay. Well located, near to all the good atractions, Metro Sations and Buses just in front of the Hotel. Restaurants, Stores and sites to see. If you travel alone and specially for single women, this is a good Hotel to stay. The room rate included breakfast which consisted on several things,... more

Very good location, close to the grand via metro station and lot of stores close to it. Very very nosy hotel, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything througt it even snoring and talking. If there is a loud person in the next room you better go get ear tampons in the pharmacy in front of the... more

Just back from the Hotel Arosa in Madrid. We chose this hotel for its location. It has a fantastic location right on the Grand Via with plenty of shops right on the doorstep. It was clean apart from the carpet on the stairs which was filthy. Our room rate included free minibar and we were lucky to have a large balcony... more

Hotel Arosa is located in a fantastic spot in central Madrid. It is within easy walking distance to most great spots like the Palace and Prada if you enjoy walks of 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel was clean and the tidy. The room was a tad small and the bathroom cramped - like a hotel room in Hong Kong... more

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We paid £60 for 2 nights in a double room. We had an internal room, which meant big windows with no view and no balcony. However, considering what we paid this place was great. The room and bathroom were both modern and spotlessly clean, the location is fantastic, and there were plenty of pamphlets on... more

Went to Madrid with my girlfriend late August 2008, and stayed at the Best Western Arosa hotel. We landed at Barajas terminal 1, and found the Metro after a few minutes walk. It's really easy to use and cost only 2 euros per person to get to Gran Vía where the hotel is located. (Barajas to Nuevos Ministerios, to Alonso... more

My husband and I stayed here with 2 friends in August of this year. We booked through Hotelclub.net which was the cheapest price I found at just under £60 per night for a double room with breakfast. Madrid was very hot with temperatures getting into the 100's!!!! Our room did have good air conditioning though. Our room was as the... more

The Arosa was in the best location, right off Grand Via! It made shopping and walking to popular tourist sites (Grand Via, Sol, Palace, etc.) very convenient. The hotel was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was quite nice and was a step above continental, although I wish the food options would have changed just a bit from day... more

This is in no way a "style" or "boutique" hotel but it has everything you need for a stress-free trip to Madrid. The rooms are very clean and have the essential AC and double glazing (Madrid is loud!). The bathrooms are large and our room had a balcony - good if your other half is a smoker! Staff efficient and... more
