Good hotel if you get the balcony in Street view. Or else Its just like a average hotel. The location cant be better. I could definetly stay here again. The elevators are very very small, so me and my husband had to take two of them with our luggage. The breakfast was average. However, if you want to be close... More

The whole story of this hotel is the location. Walking distance from all interesting places. The middle of the main street of the city, Can be reached by foot or public transportation everywhere must-see. The room was comfortable, nice breakfast, helpful staff, welcoming and giving good advice. On the second floor lobby, serving light meals and the best mojito in... More

Been staying at this hotel when in Madrid for the last fifteen years. Always value for money. Always a good breakfast. Always clean rooms. Always helpful staff. In the middle of the city. Central for transport. What more can you want from a city hotel on business or a city brake.

We stayed here on a city break. Our room was small, but our friends was larger and more comfortable. The air conditioning was very good. Breakfast arrangements were cramped and the choice was not very exciting.

Location: Perfect position near gran via. Also the metro station it's really close - 3 minutes. Breakfast - great Bed - love it. It was really big. Window view: poor experience. Unpainted walls Elevators really small. Overall it was a good experience for a good price. Remember that the location it's really great. Bye

The location and breakfast are the best things about this hotel. The hotel looks nice from the outside, inside is a bit dated though but rooms are clean. We stayed in room 702 which is a nice room on the 7th floor with a double bed and small balcony looking out on Calle de la Salud (a relatively quiet side... More

This hotel is maybe a 3 star at best - not even close to a 4. I booked my room through Amona. I booked the twin room with extra bed, which according to my research had 2 twin beds plus an extra bed for my child. Upon arriving at the hotel after a very long transatlantic flight, we were informed... More

The location is very good but the hotel is far from four stars. Anyway, good value. There are just some minor issues that were amentioned in other reviews. Our room had a great view to the Gran Via without any street noise when the balcony door was closed.

Just come back from a 4 night stay in this hotel. Following a review I called and asked for a room with a balcony or window on the main road. We got a room with a window on Gran Via on the 5th floor. No noise to mention/ The room was an average size adequately equipped but the bathroom was... More

Right of the Gran Via. Metro station is right downstairs. One of the Big Bus Tours stops is across the street. Free Internet. We got lucky to get a room with a balcony. Get there early and ask for one. You can not beat this hotel for location and price. Only negative part is probably the small elevators.
