My short description: The room was modern, small, and clean. The location was good. The staff was not that accommodating at all. They seemed to be put out by the hotel guest's presence. Although it is a Marriott property, there is little benefit even for Platinum members except free wifi that they charge other guests 12EUR/day for. No breakfast, no... More

The hotel was modern and chic. It was really quiet and peaceful. But the staff are not that accommodating, they didn't even bother to tell us where our room was and we were really confused because we didn't know there was another building at the back and that is where our room was located. LOL I'm not even sure if... More

We had been in this hotel several times, because it is in walkable distance to our office. The hotel staff are so terrible when providing any kind of information or service. Yesterday, a colleague of mine lost his bag in the reception. It looked like an organised crime happening right in the hotel reception and when we approached the reception... More

Being a gold Marriott award holder I was surprised that no upgrade and free wifi was provided. The restaurant in the hotel is shut on sunday so please be aware of this. Breakfast is very simple but delicious. A selection of cold hams and cheese, bread, fruit, cereal but no hot meals. The rooms are modern but it has an... More

I had a bad experience of my laptop bag stolen from the reception of AC Atocha hotel, Madrid. I was tricked by a gang of few people where one person approached and tried to ask me something and in the meanwhile the other person spilled some makeup cream on the jacket from behind. I left my bag at the reception... More

We picked this hotel because it is a few blocks from Atocha station, and it was well reviewed. Merited on all counts. It was about a 10 minute walk to the station, trundling our roller bags. We arrived jet lagged and wanted to sleep early and the hotel was perfect for that -- tranquil and restful. The rooms and public... More

We enjoyed the 10 direction shower and the crystal egg. Our stay actually included the breakfast at the hotel which wasn't bad. Overall, it wasn't bad. The neighborhood a little sketchy but close to train stain what we needed with my friends huge luggage.

The hotel is not near the city centre, and you need like 20 min walking to go there. But Hotel is very good if you are traveling alone on a business trip. No good restaurant around the hotel, you need to go there walking. I would recommend this hotel in the future. Staff are nice and helpful

Overall we had a very nice stay at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the train station, but it is still a bit of a walk, so if you had a lot of luggage I think you would still need to take a taxi. It's not a very touristy area, so no very good restaurants really. Best for... More

It last during our last trip through Spain that my wife and I spent three night at this hotel. The rooms are very modern and well furnished, of good size, and with something we had never found before in any hotel. The shower is a transparent cubicle fitted in the middle of the room, very functional and modern, and somewhat... More
