The hotel is not near the city centre, and you need like 20 min walking to go there. But Hotel is very good if you are traveling alone on a business trip. No good restaurant around the hotel, you need to go there walking. I would recommend this hotel in the future. Staff are nice and helpful

Overall we had a very nice stay at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the train station, but it is still a bit of a walk, so if you had a lot of luggage I think you would still need to take a taxi. It's not a very touristy area, so no very good restaurants really. Best for... More

It last during our last trip through Spain that my wife and I spent three night at this hotel. The rooms are very modern and well furnished, of good size, and with something we had never found before in any hotel. The shower is a transparent cubicle fitted in the middle of the room, very functional and modern, and somewhat... More

We stayed at the Atocha for 2 nights to recuperate from jet lag before we took the high speed train to Malaga. The hotel is stylishly modern but somewhat nonfunctional in the low light (Spain is quite energy conscious), with the gadgets and little clothes hanging space. The receptionist was kind to get us early checkin asking if a room... More

We were in this hotel during September 2014 vacation in Madrid for 5 nights. The location is not too far from the main entry to the station, but not close as Paseo Del Arte hotel. Actually, the hotel is positioned inside two seperate building, connected with walkway or passage. The minus for this location is that you have to take... More

We stayed one night after driving back from Andalucia. The room was clean, beds comfortable and the location convenient for Atocha and car rental return. Our highlight in this hotel, however, was the bar. Too tired to go out, we decided to eat in the bar and watch the Real Madrid vs Athletico Madrid local derby on the big screen.... More

This hotel combines a number of good characteristics: close to the city centre, close to the train station, very clean, modern and comfortable. I cannot comment the rooms in the main hotel building but I assume they are no different from the one we stayed in - it was a smaller addition to the main building separated by the hotel's... More

Great little hotel a few blocks away from Atocha train station. We had book 2 rooms for our family of four. They do not have rooms to accommodate four people so they gave us two connecting rooms. I called to make sure, and the manager was super nice and accommodating. Rooms were really clean, beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms... More

We ended up staying here because of the Marriott affiliation and the fact that we used points for free nights. However, it was kind of dark, not very inviting, and you could hear everything. The location is not that great either as you are near the train station and there are a lot of sketchy folks that come with the... More

This hotel is clean, quiet, decent size rooms. The Shower as other have mentioned IRA in glass and viewable from the room. Housekeeping staff did a great job every day. The hotel has 24hr room service with a small menu late at night. I wish the hotel had a small store. I asked for change of 50 euros and they... More
