Very simple, WiFi is good, but other than that this hotel doesn't have anything that makes it stand out, therefore I give it a 3.

This hotel is fine. Nothing special. The location is good. It's near a metro station and not far from points of interest. The mattress was not comfortable. This hotel is situated only 3-4 minute’s walk from the Madrid Metro's line nr 1 (station "Bilbao", exit "Trafalgar"). For that reason this hotel can be a good choice in Madrid. The personnel from a hotel can improve your vacation a lot because they give you advice on where to eat, how to get somewhere, etc. At this hotel they were especially helpfull. Nice hotel, very clean and good located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The 4*-rating is justified. Its' about 2 minutes walk from the next metro station and Grand Via is reachable within 10 minutes walking time. The area is very silent and safe. The only negative point is the insufficent sound insulation between the rooms.
