I had a great experience at Way Hostel! The location cannot be beat - it's really easy to find, just steps from a metro station and a short walk to all the sights in Madrid. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and all spoke English well (a big help to me since I speak hardly any Spanish). The bed... More

This was the first hostel i have stayed in as well as my first trip to Europe, and I can say without a doubt this was one of the best experiences of my life. Hostel was clean, great social atmosphere and the employees were awesome. I did the pub crawl and tapas thing and had a good time, even if... More

The hostel itself is very clean, very open for meeting people and the staff are wonderful. They play some great music and are totally willing to help you out and answer questions. I would definitely stay again if I'm in Madrid. Though, something other than churros for breakfast might be nice. The events, on the other hand, are kind of... More

Way Hostel was awesome- they had some great activities and the free churros and 2 euro paella were amazing! Would recommend it to anyone- only complaint is that the quiet hours were not actually quiet at all, but if you're going to be out all night it doesn't matter anyways. Also: the twins rock! We had great times with Viviana... More

Well, one of my friend recommended this hostel so I decided to stay here. Unfortunately the first night i didnt get to sleep until 6am ... due to the noise outside and inside the hostel. I asked to staff to move me upstairs. It was still noisy but not as bad as the previous night. Although the bathroom needs more... More

Staff were super friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate us. The hostel organised lots of daily events which not only allowed us to meet new people but also see the great city of Madrid. Great relaxed atmosphere and our room, bathroom and all common areas were very clean. The only downside was the noise level -... More

Location and hostel facilities were above par, however what really made this one of the best hostels was the activities that they set up. They were a great opportunity to meet other people backpacking and were a lot of fun. Pablo was great guide and Bau at the front desk was the friendliest, most helpful hostel staff member I've ever... More

Stayed here for a birthday weekend in late Feb early March. Had a quality experience from the get-go. Events were organised every day/night for people to take part in. The hostel has great facilities with a large kitchen and common room. Bautista was on reception most of the time I was there, he was very friendly, chilled and helpful! Would... More
