We stay two nights at a very new room. Everthing, especially the bathroom, is too clean and modern. The bed is very very comfortable. It's location is also ok. It is very close to atocha train station and metro station.

Considering this is quite a cheap hostel, we didn't expect the room to be so modern and clean. The interior design was really nice and definitely something I could think of having as my own bedroom. The staff was very kind and helpful. The woman in the reception spoke great English! The hostel is very close to the Atocha Railway... More

The hotel facilities are okay!! Beds are fine, bathroom too. But whats perfect about the hotel is 1st of all the reception!! They were extremely helpful even though their english is not that good but you can understand their point. The hotel is next to paseo del prado and one of the retiro park entrances. You wont use a taxi... More

For what we paid, the location was exactly what we needed. We stayed in a private room with bathroom (it had two full beds). It was right near the train station which is how we left for Barcelona, so it was super convenient for us. There were also many restaurants and cafes, as well as a metro station, within walking distance.... More

The location is perfect, meters away from Atocha Rail Station and sub, Reina Sofia art center, Prado Museum, ... Direct in Atocha Street. Little bit noisy on outer rooms. The price is really cheap to be in the capital. The Beds are really good and the sheets clean and comfortable. The floor was not so clean, but the bathroom and... More

This is the second time I have stayed at Buelta Hostel and I love its localization, it's very clean and have a nice stuff. The only thing that I think it is not very nice is the bedroom witch does not have window to the street case it is very hot in summer time but less noisy. The price is... More

I arrived at midnight after a misadventure at the airport and found the place fully booked due to the Madrid Gay parade. I went next door to a 3 star Hotel but purposed to come back to this place that had a very attractive appearance to a weary traveler. Was I disappointing or what... had to change the first room... The Hostal Hotel is located very dirty street. But conveniently close to Atocha station and the major art museums. The sure is currently undergoing construction - noisy, disruptive and covered in dust. Even building rubble in the bathroom. No warning about construction when booking was made. Beds very old. Friendly staff. I will not recommend it.

Perfect for coming in on the train to Madrid. About a 5 minute walk from Atocha, with access to the subway also right there. Staff was friendly and willing to help with whatever you needed. I had booked a deluxe with street view, but did not receive it the first night. When I checked again in the morning, they apologized...adjusted... More
