Stayed at the Radisson Blu, Madrid Prado in July, 2014 for five days. Hotel's location is very convenient. A short walk to the famous Prado Museum and Atocha train station. Close to the Metro for easy access to all Madrid attractions. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping in the area. Also a great park and botanical gardens a... More

We booked this hotel primarily for its location right opposite the Prado Museum and near other museums. A fifteen minute walk from Atocha station and easy walking distance to Plaza Cibeles, La Gran Via, etc. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel itself was good. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were good but by no means outstanding. We... More

We loved the historic nature of the hotel with 2 buildings melded into one. Location opposite the Prado was perfect for us. Also the botanical garden with its manicured hedges was a must.. Pity you can't sit or walk on the grass

We stayed for 4 nights in June, what a lovely place, the Botanic gardens are right opposite the hotel, Burger king and Macca's are close bye for the junk food eaters. The staff where lovely and nothing was too much trouble, The rooms where lovely, my only grizzle was there where very slow making up the room, and I had... More

Spent 3 nights at the Radisson Blu Madrid in a business class room and were very satisfied. A little on the small side but clean, quiet and breakfast was included. Used American miles for the booking but they gave us a great room. Right across the street from the Prado Museum and within walking distance of many great cafes and shopping.... More

Good location and easy to walk around the city - close to great parks and museum. Pool is very small and more like a spa bath size plus it is indoor. One staff member on reception very defensive when we checked in and did not have our correct booking details. If you book a twin room, be sure to confirm... More

I stayed here for almost a week and had a wonderful time. It was a neignbourhood full of character and very centrally located to the Art Triangle. I was able to go to the Prado in the morning and come back to my room and relax and head back there in the evening. Very cerntrally located to the Atocha and... More

The location could not be better for the Golden Triangle of museums as well as Retiro park and medium sized walks to La Latina and Plaza Mayor and the nearby restaurant & bar areas on Cava Baja and Calle Toledo. Service was nice and efficient, responding well to the few requests we had. Rooms were clean and bathrooms were modern... More

I stayed at this hotel while I had meetings over at the Prado. The only food I ate during the day was breakfast and dinner at the hotel. I ended up having horrible food poisoning during the entire evening, which I'm fairly certain came from here.

The Radisson Blu, Madrid Prado is a great value. The rooms are clean and cheerful. The staff is friendly and efficient. The location can't be beat: a three-minute walk to the Prado and right in the heart of the city's cultural and entertainment district.
