First of all, I arrive at the address indicated on my reservation and I have been told that I shall stay "in the other building", which is 10mn walking from Calle Atocha, 19. The appartment is far of beeing like in the photos, poor decorated, minimum thingsin it and not clean! There is a strange smell, even after opening the... More

We stayed in this hotel for three rainy nights in November at the end of two weeks in Spain.Madrid was our least favorite city by a longshot so that might have colored our experience at the hotel.this was a reasonably long taxi ride from the airport and we arrived after dark and thought that we had been dropped off in... We booked an apartment through Apartamentos Madrid. We booked Atico Junior Summer Pool top floor apartment 2 months before the booking and at the last minute (4 days before we were due to arrive) they said it was "broken" and we got given La Latina Junior instead. When we arrived to pay there were knowing looks when I again asked... More

Apartamentos are located in the heart of Madrid - one minute walk from Puerta del Sol and calle de Atocha. Our studio was located in calle de la Paz. Though it's a very quiet street, madrilenos make it very noisy at night - they laugh, cry, shout till 5 a.m in the morning. So, don't forget to bring your ear... More

Very good price and location, just a 3-minute walk to the Plaza del Sol, 5 minutes to Plaza Mayor and 10min to Grand Via. Rooms were clean and quiet as we had them away from the street. They let us do a later check out and then to leave our bags in there storage room, which I appreciated too, I... More

Great location of these apartments will let you reach any of the city attractions just walking. Simple and cozy it’s the best place to stay for the tourists. The rooms are spacious and the staff members are so polite.

We booked this apartment through booking.com. On arrival it took us three hours to try to get a key that opened the apartment building main door (unsuccessfully). It was touch and go as to whether we could open the main door. We complained to Booking.com on our return and were given a part refund by Apartamentos Madrid and were told... More

I have reserved a room at Aptos Madrid last minute looking only at price and location. Both are good. The place is 3 min walk from la Puerta del Sol and very close to all major Madrid's attractions. The room is very small but clean and calm - I had a luck to get one that was in the inside... More
