We were driving back to France and chose this hotel for the location just off the motorway. It isn't near Madrid centre but we took a taxi in for the evening and it cost 15 euros each way. After stranding us at the airport because their "complimentary shuttle" only ran till 10 AM (information left out of their Hotels.com booking page), they refused to refund us our 2-Euro bus fare without a receipt. Let me start by saying the hotel is brand new funky ,modem, chic accmodation. Receptionists are so lovely -and speck English .They also helped me out with my Spanish. This was a very nice hotel. It is very modern, very clean, very shiny, and very suave. The decor is contemporary with a great colour scheme to create a real vibe. Staff were pleasant and helpful and speak English. more
