Stayed for a business trip . The breakfast was excellent with wide choice of Spanish, continental and cooked, all very tasty. In general the hotel is of a good standard, but is let down by 2 main factures, it is outside the city next to the motorway, great for business as an over night stop to catch a flight but... More

Nice hotel, very modern and very clean although a bit soulless. Check-in and check-out fast friendly and efficient. Room was modern, clean, mini-bar at affordable prices, in-room safe, plenty of wardrobe space, wi-fi which I did not use, and a lovely modern bathroom. Breakfast was great with a huge array of stuff. Well located for my business needs but quite... More

If you are visiting Madrid for work near Las Tablas office parks, Its the best option. Well maintained hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast. Free shuttle service to most of the office places. Right off to the highway. 20 minutes from Airport by Taxi.Overall very good place for Business trips.

This hotel looks nice, but is not so well managed. On a warm spring day the corridor was +30° and the room as well, and when I complained I was told that the airco-season hadn't started... however they turned it on for my room only. The wifi is free but did not work, however the helpdesk was friendly. Breakfast is... More

Located in the new build area, off the city center. Rooms are comfortable, just the heating/aircon did not work well, I could not get my room cooled down. Spa was closed, but gym was open. I liked the breakfast though.

I have stayed here with my sister for three nights in January 2014. My first impression of the hotel was somewhat cold (OK, I have stayed before totally different hotels with different and - for me at least - warmer interiors), the Receptionist's clothes was not-too well kept, but he was kind. The room was a wow, modern, comfy, very... More

Pros: - conveniently located near many offices, e.g. the Telefonica campus (~8 Euro by taxi) - Free shuttle bus to the office buildings in the area (at certain times only) - nice breakfast - Free WiFi Cons: - very far from the touristic area (~50 min by metro / ~25 Euro by taxi) - the internet is provided by Swisscom,... The hotel is reasonably new and is comfortable, clean, modern and well equipped with most of the things that you would expect from a 4 star branded hotel. Rooms are comfortable, and a reasonable size, carrying all the amenities you need and find in similar locations. But - The desk is a little small in some rooms, making working difficult... More

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, next to a very busy highway. The rooms are very dark and dull and the shower was leaking the water all of the bathroom floor. That was first and last visit there.

The hotel was clean and functional. Not far from train line (walking distance) from which you change to get into city centre. It has a smattering of bars/diners within a five minute walk and possibly the largest Cortes Ingles I have ever come across in one centre, across the road. Also a supermarket. On arrival we were met by a... More
