The excellent value of this hotel and the friendly staff is what in the end made me give 3 points. The rooms are really not great and the beds small and hard as wood, bathroom is quite ok though. Breakfast as well as other meals are rather badly organized when you are a large group and there is no buffet.... More

I spent a couple of nights in this hotel while in Madrid for a business meeting. The hotel surely looks way better than a "standard" two-star hotel, although lacking in some features. Rooms are quite big and very clean. The same applies to the bathrooms. Beds and pillows could be better, but are not that bad though. Wi-Fi is free... More

I stayed at Hotel Julia for 2 nights in July (10 to the 12), room 207. I chose this hotel for its proximity to the venue of the meeting I was going to attend, for having free wifi access and for being, apparently the best value for money option in the area. It's a 2-star hotel, but luxury was not... More

This hotel is pretty basic but clean. Don’t expect big rooms. It wouldn’t be my choice next time on business but it was convenient for the business district. No carpets lends to noisy movements of chairs etc from surrounding rooms, and often hearing the slamming of doors. On the plus side the room was comfortable and breakfast ok.

Perfectly fine place to stay a few nights while travelling on business. No really in the right location for tourism but handy to the airport. Aircon was very noisy but the room and bathroom were both a good size and very clean.

This hotel is dreadful. There was no hot water on the first morning we stayed. Breakfast was served by a surly waitress who seemed to treat all her customers as an inconvenience. Breakfast was very limited choice with just a toasted croissant, juice and coffee.

This hotel is brand new. It's located in the north east of Madrid on the road to the airport. It's mainly dedicated to business but it could be a real bargain for tourist. 70 euros for a double at 5 metro stations from Gran Via it's a bargain. Because it's new everything is clean, rooms are big, bathroom too. Service... More
