The bar and housekeeping staff were excellent, and the hotel was well-located, given the sites we wanted to visit. However, our room faced Paseo de la Florida, and with the window open at night for some fresh air, the street lights and noise were disturbing. This is not something the hotel can control, but bring earplugs!

Room furnishings are old (from the 70's--think pink toilet, sink, tub and bidet). Bed was comfortable. Elevators worked fine. Sink and shower were fine. Breakfast was basic but included in our rate. I was the chaperon of a college tour group

I stayed at this hotel with a group tour. The rooms were spacious with air conditioning, large bathrooms, and comfy beds. Everything was very clean too. They had a large continental breakfast with normal European choices and a hot item buffet ( bacon, sausage, eggs). Good value hotel. I would stay there again. A shopping mall and a metro station are directly opposite the hotel on the other side of the road and the hotel is located one stop away from the centre (Principio Pio to Opera on line R). Rooms clean and staff friendly. The breakfasts are truly excellent.
